I think this is the plan. Small production runs but keep reusing the same parts over and over. They can sell us the same clone a million times with slight variations and weathering. I don’t think they want the dead stock anymore. Rex, lando, shore troopers, and others were supposed to be quick sellouts. Instead they were bogo 50 off. They can’t be happy with that. I think the aotc figures will be smaller runs to scare us. I don’t think it applies to every figure, but who knows. Hot toys has wonderful customer communication…

What are we, Hasbro?... That said, I wouldn't be surprised. There's no shortage of clone variants.

I love Clones. A lot of us here do. But it’s not enough to just re-release or repaint the standard Clone Trooper repeatedly.

That really contributed to Clone fatigue during the Sideshow years. By the time the Ordinance Clone came out, people were getting tired of it.

Hot Toys had an advantage going in since multiple factors led to renewed interest in Clones, TCW, and the PT between the Sideshow years and now. But we still need variety.

Hopefully Hot Toys has made those observations and will give us not just more named Clones, but more unique Clone variants as well.

Yep to all of those. Especially the galactic marine.
 
Know that WL conversions are based on cancellations. The emails go out with a deadline that would make it appear that they have inventory so you have to preorder asap.

I’ve been keeping tabs on their releases since they posted this at the end of December.

Along with Jesse and the AOTC Clone, there’s only a couple of releases left (Silver Centurion Armor Up and the Shang-Chi figures).

So the Clones could be out in HK pretty soon, though they would likely not hit Sideshow for a little while after.

Even then, feels like the Shiny might arrive early.
