Tempting to buy another Tusken. Definitely a good price but I’ll probably pass for now. Maybe if they’re still available in a few months or so and are discounted again. Already have a couple figures coming at me soon.

Yeah, I couldn't pass it up for that price. It's been on my wish list forever, but never felt motivated to pull the trigger. Glad to finally get one.

I probably should have bought one of these yesterday but just couldn’t talk myself into it. I really don‘t know why, maybe just because I haven‘t mentally seen a picture in my head of how I’m going to display them even though I have plenty of accompanying figures. I will probably kick myself later for not doing it.

I’m glad I have my one Tusken. It adds a little variety. I have a bit of a random Tatooine shelf which consists of the Sandtrooper, Tusken, Jawas (Sideshow), and R5-D4.

It's not too often we get a SW alien species from HT. Perhaps these are something they should be doing more of? How about some of the alien bounty hunters Hot Toys?

Still, I'm happy to have two HT Tusken Raiders, even if they're not specifically the OT versions. They come with the extra gear to mix and match when displaying in multiples. Also, the robes can easily be upgraded with DIY ones, or Coco's OT style robes.

This is a great deal on them!

I have the old SSC that I re-bodied and the Hot Toys Mando version. I love them like I love Jawas. It’s too much to hope for the BOBF Chief, but he’s a top wish I’m confident will never happen.

My Tatooine display. It’s kind of at an odd angle as it’s part of my work desk which has some shelves built on that I use for some figures. Nothing too impressive but I like it.

Cool Mike! And I wish SS was still offering the Jawa set. We need more SW alien figures!

It’ll probably be back on sale at some point. Get your mental picture ready and pull the trigger if/when it goes for the same price again.

Just got this raider for a dirt cheap price. I totally did not expect to like this Tusken Raider figure THIS MUCH, such an awesome figure, I will have to hunt the second one.

Got this figure recently to combine it with Boba, works great.

Are there any side by side pics of this and the Sideshow Tusken? I’m curious about which one looks more accurate to ANH.

No need to look, Sideshow is more accurate. There are big differences between the Mandalorian and ANH/OT outfit. If you wonder what to get and you can get both at an equal price, go with Sideshow’s.

Thanks to you both for the quick response. Appreciate the insight. I’ll have to watch some video reviews but I really like the Sideshow headsculpt.

I ended up picking up an "update" set from Coco for my two Mando Tusken Raiders. Well worth it. (unsure if he still offers it, though.)

Reach out to member "Cocoboloboy". The set was either the outer robe or the inner and outer robe.
