Do you think that with the announcement at D23 of the Thunderbolts movie cast which includes U.S. Agent that Hot Toys will be making a U.S. Agent figure?
Yeah. I am pretty sure Hot Toys will eventually make this one in the future with the announcement of Thunderbolts. Glad I passed on this one.
Yeah, not feeling either headsculpt... maybe we will see the Hot Toys version release in 2028.

I wish I had the faith you guys did but I’m still hopeful this looks decent enough to still get as a placeholder until Hot Toys does wake up.
I’m just not as confident we’ll get this version from them. Zemo seems to have been swept under the rug and they’ve shown no interest in Sam’s original costume from this show either. I feel like they’ve moved on from this show.

Better off waiting until he shows up in ThunderBolts (big assumption Hot Toys would make it). I still think it's easier to make your own using the HT 10th Anniversary Avengers Cap combined with some detail work to make it look like U.S. Agent.

I'm ok with just picking this version up and calling it a day as long as that headsculpt is improved some. I just like the costume too much and Toys Era figures aren't priced as crazy at Hot Toys so I'll be at peace with this as a placeholder for now

Came in last week. Looks good, but the articulations are very limited due to the tight suit. It's ok for the price, but maybe the black suit at the end of the season would've been more iconic to the character. Glad I picked him up, but certainly not a "must have".

Honestly captures the wonky helmet from the show pretty well. But oops, flag patch is backwards (ie it should be backwards, blue field faces forwards)

Did a quick repaint of my John Walker. The reds the suit shipped with were way too muted, and much brighter on the show. Swapped the shoulders so the flags faced the correct direction, and repainted some of the blue sections for contrast to match the show as well.
Maybe we'll get a good US Agent headsculpt from Thunderbolts, but for now this will do.

Totally forgot about this figure and it looks like he’s going under the radar. The few reviews I’ve actually seen all give him very good reviews. This should look good next to Sam Cap.

I know this thread’s dead but I ordered it after my last post and just got it. my first Toys-Era figure and this guy is just really well made. He doesn’t look out of place at all, even next to Cap, himself.

For making unlicensed stuff, toys era are pretty well done overall. In pretty stoked for the juggernaut re-release this year.
