Wow Spanbauer! You certainly pulled out all the stops with that stunning array of shots. Truly excellent work!

Can't even begin to compete with that, but here's a quick one of her out of the box at work tonight...

LEADER OF THE HOUSE.jpg

I'm am looking forward to attempting some poses and grabbing some shots this weekend. Initial impressions...yes, it is incredibly frustrating that this true woman of action is rendered as a figure that is so difficult to pose. I'm afraid I'm going to break the figure! Very restrictive. However, it does look really good. Also hate that stand...is that black plug thing removable? What an eyesore. And it would've been helpful to have the rail be magnetic at the point of attachment. Minor quibbles...

The outfit is really amazing. It's great that it can be fairly easy to adjust with the velcro attachments. The deco is very intense and well-done. Glad I picked this one up.

Congrats on getting her! Yeah the stiff joints can be a bummer, especially when you’re not sure if you’ve got an arm or leg twisted over and you’re pushing in a direction it’ll snap or if the joint’s just being stiff. I don’t know if mine eventually broke in a bit but I did get more comfortable with posing her over time.

I agree i wish the black plug on the stand was removable but I don’t think it is. And I wish the rail attached to the stand instead of just sitting alongside it. But what annoyed me most of all was how they only included one nameplate and left us to choose which of two places to stick it when they could have just adhered two! I knew about this from the reviews but didn’t think it was a big deal until I got the figure and realized I didn’t want to commit to only ever having the nameplate in one of two places…

And I REALLY wish they would have made the armature on the helmet’s targeting system metal because it is so, so, so fragile. I know some collector’s have already broken it just by the helmet falling to the ground while they’re trying to get her to hold it.

By the way if anyone has the problem with the wrist pegs coming apart when trying to change the hands, I found a workaround to avoid this is to spin the hands while you’re pulling them off as if you’re unscrewing them, instead of just pulling straight off. Once I started doing that it hasn’t been a problem.

Thanks for the wrist peg advice, Spanbauer! I have been using extra care swapping out the hands.
And man, she sure is bringing out the great shots from people. Really enjoying them.

She is a visual feast to be sure...just a few from me...

Like most armored figures, it's fun playing in the light to highlight the different planes, curves and shadows the armor creates. really cool.

She definitely stands out...very unique among the Mando figures.

Interesting choice. Looking for a spare body to upgrade as well but i'm not sure i want to go with a Phicen. I'm afraid by the prospect of the rubber peeling off under the outfit and damaging it somehow. Still on the look out for a hard plastic body but not quite sure about the dimensions i'm looking for.

The bodies are supposed to be silicone so it should be fine. But I understand your concern.

I have a couple of extra Hot Toys bodies that would probably work but I don’t see many great options on the market at the moment.

We really shouldn’t even have to be thinking about this sort of thing for these figures.

While I don’t have this figure yet, one of the things I love about it, is how tightly the suit is tailored to the body. I think swapping the body you would lose that, plus I would be worried about tearing the suit on more extreme poses. I’m happy to have mostly museum.

The TBLeague bodies are actually TPE.

I try hard but cannot unsee inaccuracies in the chest and abdomen armor. On the other hand, I love the tailoring on the suit.

Brave of you and all who go through the process of taking apart the figure and doing adjustments! I think the TBL bodies are pretty robust so it'll definitely be more than sufficient. Plus, from my experience they pose the most smooth and fluid of all the figures I have.

The TBLeague bodies are actually TPE.

Good to know. I see some places still calling it silicone.

Don't think TPE should be an issue for anyone with similar concerns as Tee-Kay. That said, not my first choice for a body swap for this figure.

Oh wow good to know! The "skin" of the figures feel pretty durable to me.
