I’m curious how well the TBLeague black bodies they used for their Egypt line would work for Noob. Not sure what Phicen they use.

The “Special Edition” 1/6 figures are now at BBTS. The extra bloody weapon set is definitely appreciated, even if it’s not a whole lot more, but figured someone might appreciate it. Definitely recommend grabbing the extra weapons if someone was waffling. They’re the exact same price, so don’t pay for less if you don’t have to.

Yeah, but they won't get them till sometime 1st quarter 2023. Considering they still haven't gotten the regular Sub Zero or Noob, that could be a long wait just for some blood covered accessories.

I'm keeping my original orders and will just pick the bloodied accessories up from someplace that will part the figures out.

Wish Storm had offered an option for either the Regular or Special edition for the initial preorders (or perhaps an early bird PO bonus).

Kind of sucks for those that bought the figure early, only for them to re-release with additional accessories.

Agreed, but they were meant to stay store exclusive to Bandai, and then the whole Storm future releases went exclusive to BBTS. I always prefer more options than less for collectors, so I can’t say this is the best approach. At least the extra bloody weapons aren’t THAT great. I haven’t even used them yet.

They did. The extra bloody weapons were exclusive to Bluefin/Bandai originally, who were the North American distributors at the time. They went up for preorder at the same time as everywhere else. I’ve had my special editions for a few months now. BBTS must be getting the left over stock or a 2nd run as the new exclusive distributors.
 
Ended up just cancelling my BBTS PO since Storm had the EX in stock with free shipping. Even saved a few dollars too buying direct. Nice way to end the year, or start 2023, with this guy:lol
 
Finally got him and I love this figure. Looks so badass and I can live with the exposed joints. Might feel a little overpriced compared to all of these recent Clone/Mando Hot Toys but what else isn’t overpriced these days? Anybody have a pic with him and the Poptoys 2021 movie version?
