Good to see this figure getting some love. I've bought some thin foam to replace the padding inside the helmet. I'm going to try to mod it to fit closer to the face.

That is why I always think twice before buying a 1/6 figure which clothes are mostly pleather, I didn't even get the threezero negan because I know that jacket will fall apart in a few years…
Nice comparison shot...Xsensation did a better job on the gold paint apps...
VTS is a little too yellow looking.
Decided to paint up the bits of the uniform/armor that should be more of a subtle lighter grey...
The area around the badge...the center strap piece...shoulder bell...back panels...the codpiece...knee guards...and front/toe of the boots.
There's probably other bits but i'm happy enough at where's it is
Still need to do the face mod replacement.

I just mixed a little gloss black with some gloss white until i got a shade of grey i was happy with...it was "Trial and error" as the first coat was a tad too light in colour.

Pictures make it look slimmer than it is. It is shorter and stockier in person.

Mine just arrived yesterday. The shots on this forum pushed me over the edge and I had to have it myself. It really does look amazing in hand standard without even modding anything yet. I figured I'd share some shots as well.
EDIT: I did clone over the chin line in the first shot to make it look more realistic however. That damn chain with the magnets was driving me nuts too. I just left it eventually out of frustration lol.

no need.. the vital organs aka the brain and the eyes were removed while they decided to go with excessive magnets
Pmed you regarding this mod.The chain sticking to the magnets was driving me mad so i made a few modifcations...first i removed both magnets from the inside of the jacket
(i don't know why they put two in the same area)
There's no need for these magnets as the badge already has one which is strong enough...so i cut and placed a small piece of metal tin back to where i removed the right sided magnet on the jacket...this works great...and still holds the badge in place perfectly.

I also removed the magnets from the front of the right strap on the chest/shoulder armor...again this was driving me mad with the chain forever sticking to it.
Anyways i swapped and re-glued the magnets to the back of the strap and armor...this is where they should have been in the first place.
Now's there no more chain sticking to the umpteen magnets

Funny, but unfortunately true.
The magnet plays havoc with his badge chain, and can be frustrating when all you want to do is have it hang naturally.
I love that 95 film. Great character designs and score.
