The pants are like that in the first one and more skin tight in the second which looks even weirder imo.

Let the sales do their part, I’m sure you will see what a potential you have in hands
For me it looks good, I reckon there are those like me who are not really concerned about the games likeness or accuracy. Lim Toys Outlaw creations has a life of its own and that is good. I would like one and more bullets too.

The LIM Toys Outlaw Collectors must be be careful not spoil a good thing. LIM Toys have done so much for the collector it must have become a headache for those involved in the production. For me LIM Toys you have all done us proud, keep doing what you do best.

If I can offer some feedback on it. I think a bit more of an overall straight relaxed fit might look better for the pants. What's probably making the pants stick out a bit is how tight it is on the thighs and then it being too bubbly at the ankle. Gives his pants a big bubble flared look. I don't remember how his pants were in RDR2 so I might be wrong here. Correct me if the following image isn't his RDR1 look in 2. I think something more in line with the pants here might look better for the figure.

And I honestly think the 1907 sculpt is better than the other, with the hat on. Don't think I would even get this figure if it only had the RDR2 look personally. People have a weird nostaglic idea of how he looked in the first game, which was much more cartoonish in nature. I think you guys did a great job. His RDR1 sculpt just had a permanent scolded eyebrow attached to his face.

A quick edit of what I mean for the pants. Will be the getting the figure regardless but just some feedback on it if it helps or gives an idea.

Awesome job all around on the figure. Looking forward to what's next! Nathan? TLOU? Horizon? 👀

The thing with those pictures is they are mods, not what's actually in the game or the accurate colors, as I mentioned before the main look of the figure is the Epilogue from the second game with with the correct head structure and hair but we will fix any issues according to criticism, the pants will definitely be fixed and the vest we'll look at the tailoring.

As far as the first game head maybe it doesn't come across well in the promo but I also think there's a lot of judgement happening based off an idea of what he looks like based on memory and not the game itself, in hand I think he looks quite close to that pic we just toned down the cartoon aspect with the exagerated textures around the eyes and nose.

That's the thing with LiM, you listen to criticism (where it's valid, of course). Plus there's the team's desire to do the best possible because it's something they believe in. I remember your reports about Arthur being completely reworked.

That's not the case for most companies who merely churn out product for quick profit.

Some of the things I don't like about the figure are design based, and that's not down to LIM but the game itself. Hence I don't like the denim vest or the coat, but that's how they obviously were in the game.

The trousers may be a more universal dislike because, as noted by others, they're tight on the legs then flare out at the boots and reminded me of Shaggy from Scooby-Doo (hence why the figure was giving off a somewhat cartoon appearance).

I want to like him, and I thought I would in spite of the fact that this character never did appeal to me aesthetically as much as Arthur. There are things I want from the figure, so against my better judgement and that inner voice telling me not to, I may end up getting him. Because he's a LIM figure, and Arthur set a benchmark for western figures. (The rock that Kaustic Plastik's John Wayne broke itself against!)

Not even the ones in that reply?
The texture in the closeups is an improvement over how the promo photos look sure, I know that is hard to capture in pictures, hell hot toys is incapable of it themselves

This looks like the modern game, near as I can tell. That's just not my game. My interest was piqued with the "classic" look tease but it probably shouldn't have been, no one has an appetite for that era and there are way more people who worship the current material and that's who this is for in the end. Can't be all things to all people all the time

I think this looks incredible! But the pants they look too tapered in the middle like almost like clown pants? I dony remember them looking like that? 👀 😯

I don't collect 1:6 (sorry), but think this looks great!
I think you meant: I don't collect 1:6 yet (sorry).
No worries, you will at some point 🤣. Mixed scale collection is the best collection in my opinion, don't let size limit your options.

Whats the squirrel accessory I dont remember that 😂 Its cool tho

AM was basically completely reworked yes, as well as several of our figures, if people know our stuff they know we're one of the few brands who try to improve upon the prototype because we really care about these characters so we don't mind the constructive criticism just feels like as of late there's been tons of nitpicking on the forums as as whole and I myself have been guilty of it too but just seems like things were more appreciated some years ago than they are now, if we had announced the 2019 AM proto now I honestly would expected a much more negative response.

You don't have to pre-order if you don't like it, really nobody is forcing you to, especially if you just don't like the design in general which is something we can't do anything about unfortunately.

Yee haw!

Overall great set. The 1907 head sculpt isn’t right though. It just doesn’t look like John. It’s in the eyes I think.

I also agree the pants seem off. They shouldn’t be so baggy near the boots.

Regardless of all that I’ll still be buying this.
I am ok to ignore accuracy this one time and get normal looking pants 😂 Its only the pants for me that taint the figure other then that its perfect I think

You get it after doing a few very rage inducing hunting missions for an old taxidermist lady, JM is quite fond of it and thinks it's "art" much to the dislike of his wife who constantly hides is in the most outlandish places, including a mountain top, once you find and retrieve the squirrel from all it's hiding places you get the "It's Art" trophy for your efforts.

Gunslinger #1 was an instant two figure pre-order but this one isn't doing it aesthetically.

He reminds me of a cartoon somehow.

I like the Schofield, Winchester, gun belt and accessories. The base not so much as it's a bit 'cutesy'.

The fishing rod and detonator I have from the VTS, so I'm struggling to push myself to pre-order even with a view to changing his clothes (or at least his trousers).
I see what you mean about the base. @R_R_X some of these look removable and some of them look permanent I guess? I think being able to switch it out is a great idea but having it all together is a bit weird. Maybe a darker cactus will give a more dried look. I like the skull

It has been so long since I played the first game. It is a real shame they cancelled the remaster.. I would love if they remade the first game in the second games engine like some were thinking as dlc

Actually very weird they abandoned the game. No story dlc no nightmare dlc no next gen remaster or anything.. what gives rockstar!!
