Hot Toys has forgotten a lot of stuff, in addition to releasing 2+ year old figures...
like putting out preorders for new figures in a timely manner after teasing them.
situation in China is volatile with Covid so I suspect they are being very cautious about what goes up for order and when, and they are likely more peeved off with the production delays than we are since they know just how behind things are.

Blogger pics are up and they changed the head to match the new Mk3. That proto head was awful!

The likeness is great here. But is it just me or did they make him a bit too old? He looks like "Endgame" aged there in these blogger photos.

I remember the original had a huge box too. Lots of room needed for all the bits and his bot. This one has a sideways configuration whereas the original was really tall.

It's the new RDJ face sculpt from the recent Mark 3.

You might be right, or at least they share the same base sculpt (at the very least the hair is different). Either way, it's a dramatically better sculpt than the prototype they used when orders went live two-and-a-half years ago.

Seems this comes in the big box whether one gets the deluxe with the dummy robot or not, because it needs room for the stand and cardboard backdrop.
