Well that’s good to know. If I don’t snag one of the 300, I will at least be at peace knowing I can still get the now inferior, but previously superior, basic $500 Toys Wonderland version

Stealth shield seems like an obvious choice so I'm going with mjolnir as the special bonus.

Yeah, I was pretty sure a bonus of a Stealth Shield was "wishful thinking" that would never happen.

It does suck hearing the word "preorder" being touted, wonder what the ETA on these will be?
Definitely has me thinking Hot Toys turned the printing press back on for this guy.

I wonder why, of all the figs to make this limited, they'd pick this one. Seems like a figure that has demand.

To go with the weird wording of everything else that means they called their $20 off in-stock coupon a "bonus item". Why not just say special promo coupon or something

Who is that guy anyway? I don't believe a damn thing "Ambassadors" say regarding anything because they'll straight up lie to you if they don't have a real answer to give. Having exactly 300 seems a bit suspect and I woudn't be surprised if this isn't still a fomo tactic.
In late August I asked them if my Endgame Loki order would be ok since it has said "Preparing for shipping" for months, and after about 15 minutes of hemming and hawing they had someone else talk to me who told me "i'm lucky because i'm in the first batch and it will be shipped in a week" I instantly knew this was a flat out lie and just left the chat.

I assumed the bonus was the $20 the entire time. This thread was the only time I saw any word of it being an additional accessory. I think the speculation created the misinterpretation. IMO

Same. It was pretty silly for anyone to assume we'd be getting an item nobody else got on an already limited figure. If it was ever going to be a physical item, it likely wouldn't have been related to the figure.

It sounds like its going to be a regular release PO, possibly without the gauntlet and the rsvp bonus is probably a sideshow pin or something

If you're referring to the $20 for the RSVP for this, it is a code, not rewards.

All this is just Sideshow just trying to sell more overstock product and putting a fancy bow on it.

The whole handling of this figure has been a giant waste of everyone's time.

"Special promo item", holding it back all through the last event, baiting with these strangely worded emails, being coy on saying they're getting it in the first place. Just a huge circle jerk.

Agree. Wish I had jumped on the expensive foreign availability as the cost of my “circle-jerk” time far exceeds the cost they were offerring the figure for. Endless email and account rsvp refreshes and checking this forum.
