Have to disagree with his OG outfit being the same with slight variations. To my eyes atleast looks massively different! Wonder if they will have the classic outfit as an alternative in the remake? Regardless will support any RE4 Leon OG or Remake!

The others were and this looks like it's using the standard base the same as the others, so I would say yes.

I mean how different is it really it's a leather jacket and he wears a tactical type t shirt with the shoulder harness with his weapons. Same outfit but changes to the details of it is what I'm saying. Yes the jacket is way different but it's still a version of his look is what I mean.

Yeh man I get what you mean, all the elements of the outfit are there making it feel familiar, yet each element itself is vastly different from the original imo. Even the Color’s look to have been altered for the remake. When it comes to figures I am down for anything re4 tho if it’s a remake figure i hope they don’t rush to release and use the actual game as a reference for the best possible figure!

So is anyone else hoping for an official or unofficial RE4 Leon, Ashley, and Chainsaw Ganado? That's my dream display.

I'd rather see figures from RE1. Or even RE0. RE4 was ok, but I never got as much out of that game like I did with the others.

I get what your saying. Though that's capcom also choosing to use a real brand leather jacket that cost $1500. But I'm open for anything RE4. I agree I didn't have an issue with their RE2 Leon but I hope the likeness is better for RE4 Leon this time.

I'd take some RE1 as well. $ was just the one that got me into RE. Plus the updated Chainsaw Ganado design, its horror perfection.

It's funny, I don't remember a whole lot of my playthrough of RE4. But the chainsaw Ganado, theres no way I'll ever forget the first time I ran into that mofo. Lol

I remember the first time I played the game I could handle everything until one caught up with me and lopped off my head. I put it down for a while after that hahaha

It was REmake that got me hooked on RE and it's pained me to see it almost forgotten recently in the merch world.

Never quite understood the singular release of a STARS Wesker by HT (not counting the short lived clothes set from MomToys) and STARS Jill by SWToys. Not one Barry is also bewildering.

I've always wanted a Billy Coen, weirdly. Good scope for accessories thanks to the handcuffs and magnum revolver. A unique head with long hair which aren't common on the market, not to mention his tattooed arm. His outfit is simple enough for the manufacturers to raid the parts bin for, too...

I wonder if manufacturers are holding off on a new remake Chris figure because we don't know if he will undergo a redesign like Leon, Claire and Jill did for the other remakes, assuming RE1 remake would be revisited at some point.

Yeh hoping the nail the likeness of the headsculpt! Also curious to see how companies licensed or otherwise tackle Leon’s arms… as cool as the jacket is I am hoping to go for an un-jacketed look for a figure. Only thing that really lets the new designs down imo is the reuse of that RE2R knife… hoping they have a classic RE4 knife as infinite knife unlockable. Hope Damtoys or whoever takes the time with a RE4 figure to get it right

Definitely a Leon and Ashley for sure, tho personally I’d take a krauser, Ada, Sadler, Mendez or even Wesker if he shows up over the chainsaw ganado! That said still would make an awesome figure!

Is there news about 1/12 scale Resident Evil Characters? I'm about to receive my Lim Toys Leon and the Patriot Studio cop zombie, but I wish there's a Tyrant, Mr. X, or some other characters and monsters as well. I've seen an Ada costume set for a little TBLeague body, but I was hoping there would be one that's not made of silicone/tpe.

Thanks for the info! I wish they all just came from the same company so it's easier to track which characters are coming next. I imagine Tofu can just be a grocery store bought tofu lol!

METOYS has plans to release more characters like re4 leon, re5 wesker etc. But lets wait and see until their hunk is released.

This is just how it is considering how Capcom approaches merchandising. It's pretty rubbish.

Is the Damtoys Leon Classic und Claire Classical Version 2 out? I was browsing on KGHobby and the pre-order sign was gone.
