Not by me it wont be

Even if HT released with no clear plastic there are still some problems with 1 of them being a critical fail .

1. Too skinny
2. MEZCO style costume lines not existing on classic IM
3. Mask plates while good, especially the inclusion of the hard to find rarely used for collectibles horned mask, they are also slightly embellished with an asian aesthetic.


I could live with 2 and 3 especially with the body lines being incorporated into the engineering of the armor it somewhat works but 1 is a critical fail.

I don't get why they produce it with those clear parts? I saw a custom on FB and it was really cool. The customizer painted the clear parts to red. And the figure looks incredible.

Saw this on FB the other day looked good simple and good without that plastic.

Pretty sure that's still got the plastic, its just been painted over. There is lined details under the plastic diaper that you can't see in that version. I can only imagine it must look way skinnier without the torso plastic

What is up with guys voice now? I went back and watched a few videos of his from a few years ago and he spoke normally. Now he sounds like he is trying to force an announcer/ DJ affectation, Its awful.

Man, the arm to thigh ratio on this thing is WAY off, especially with those over-sized
clear disks at the shoulder area.

I am still in the camp of this figure being a hot mess, the whole line is, IMHO.

If it was one of those pre-order bargain sales, be wary. I ordered the Scout Trooper/bike combo from them in August last year, and it finally arrived last week.
And was a bloody pre-owned set.

Looks like a nice, detailed figure with great paint. Too bad it's totally ruined by those clear plastic body sections. Just awful. Figure itself too small- made to fit into the clear parts. I have no earthly idea why they did this.

Finally got around to picking this one up with a 15% marvel coupon (thanks to my deluxe mando that came in)

Although I agree that the plastic parts a buzz kill, this is by far my favorite iron man suit so I’m pretty excited. A lot of people who have this one in hand seem to like it a lot so we’ll see!
