It just doesn't work because the mouth's expression is completely different from the calm and neutral eye/eyebrows. It's like they're sculpts two different expressions combined one.

Like here's a very quick photoshop with the eyebrows being a bit more aggressive. Instant change in expression that comes off of the sculpt.
