I don't want to bear any bad news, but PayPal is unwilling to help if the payment is older than 180 days; considering I pre-ordered Zack back in February, they were unable to help me in the scenario. Emailing their CS and asking for a cancellation on your order number, providing your PayPal email in the same email, and requesting a full refund is your best option. Best of luck to you.

Like all of you, I am a massive FF7 fan. I learned about Gametoys figures rather late, but I am pleased to say I got an AC Cloud figure locked down before the pre-order window for him closed. I honestly cannot wait to recieve him.

It pains me that I missed out on the Remake Cloud and Sephiroth figures, as I think both of those are just perfection. If it's not too bold of me to ask, if any of you ever feel like moving on your Remake Cloud and Sephi figures at any point in time, please let me know, as I would relish the opportunity to own them.

Hope all of you good peeps who have been let down by TW get your monies back. I think it's awful the way they conduct themselves.
