Yeah, same with me. Noticed it straightaway. I can just about live with it, as long as they sort that beard out - as in make it longer!

The name itself is actually on center with the overall width of the base, it's the black area that the name is on that's off center with the base.

Ive seen LOTR & HOBBIT a million times. Was his cloak that brown colour? I thought it was grey.

I think the figure looks nice but still has a "doll" quality that I don't like.

I was sure this would happen once we see inhand pics. The prototype shots all had that perfect dramatic lighting that makes it look more real and more interesting than any normal lighting pic could deliver. It will always be just a doll.

InArt marketing art is just good.

That, and many folks have convinced themselves InArt/Queen will save them from whatever they don't like about Asmus, Hot Toys, etc. Even though they haven't delivered a single figure yet.

I'd like an upgrade for my Asmus Gandalf, sure. But so far, this doesn't look much better.

Apart from the eyes I’m quite happy with my asmus version over this.

Trust somewhat restored after seeing the video.

Beard has to be quite bigger and with smooth texture.

I commented on Justin's videos (Joker prototype review) and asked him why he reviews a prototype and not the final product when it is supposedly done. He said that it was actually a final product review and he made mistake ... So this could be the same case.

This should be the production piece shown in Vegas (the beard is different from the prototype). Honestly, the headsculpt looks insane. Even better than I thought.

The fact that Justin said about ‘being flown out to review’ seems to suggest these are literally the Vegas pieces to me.
