DC figures aren’t always as much of a lock so I can understand why Shazam wasn’t made since while well received his film didn’t blow up the box office.

Shaman had a small budget, so all is good, enough to justify a sequel. Avengers Endgame did "blow up" the box office but it cost more to make, so many actors to pay, too many expensive VFX shots, two directors to pay, marketing was also bloated.
I forgot, Marvel FX artists are underpaid.

WTF!!! He looks amazing!!! I'm getting both. Lmao HT should also have given the gold armour version a screaming angry head to make it different to the normal release. With how the suit works I really hope Dr. Fate is next and Hawkman. And if the rumors are true about Superman being in it I'll lose it if HT does a new better figure.

Prices are up across the board but I can imagine getting the likeness rights for The Rock isn’t cheap.

It's one of the best releases I've seen from them since their Pattinson.

I'm hoping they make this kind of an effort with an Indy next year.

Yep, comes down to the character and just how much you want it. Your average-upon-average figures are going for $285 minimum. "Troops" for troop-building purposes and figures that Hot Toys are scared won't sell so well are the only ones now that go below that.

Yup that's the Rock all right..Feel like I'm looking at a cosplay fan piece. Where's the actual Black Adam?

There's also something really weird with that head on their neck. Doesn't look right when it's turned in any direction other than straight on.

Awesome looking figure, but despite being a DC fan I've never been too familiar with this character, so I'll have to see if the movie wins me over first.

And of course there's no way I'm ordering anything until I see what Inart has up their sleeve. Don't want to be burned again like with Pattinson Batman.

I can’t believe this characters gets THREE versions. But I guess like other’s have said, he’s a very popular actor regardless. I’ll get this if I somehow actually enjoy the movie. At the very least, there’s a new muscle body to check out unless it’s just mostly padding in the torso like for the Batfleck figures.

Yep I’m in the same boat. I’m pretty happy with my JL lineup with theIr uniform stands etc to be honest.

Not really sure if Black Adam will fit into that lineup, especially at these prices !!

However I’m sure after watching the movie I’ll be of a different opinion.
