PO ended just now

Hope we can see the Joker actual product soon!
Cool! I edited my post in so no one gets confused (y)

And yes, very much looking forward to the TDK Joker final product. We should be able to see the production piece in 2 weeks at the very least from the presentation they’re holding in Las Vegas

I did not PO Batman. :(

I want to make sure I'm just not caught up in the excitement. I also want to make sure I have some other figures to go with him -- like a good Zoe Cats and Riddler. And of course, I want to see how InArt's Joker turns out before I commit $2500-$3,000 on 3 figures.

I will rest my fate on Kit's 1-3% extras upon release and cancellations. Did the same on Gandalf... waiting to see Aragorn.
Good luck with that

“For the Las Vegas Encore Event, INART will display the latest versions of the sixth scale Batman and Bruce Wayne figures inspired by the 2022 film. The team have been hard at work updating these collectibles adding the intricate detailing that's required to capture the characters.”

If they update the cowl, I have no words on the hype.. it’s going to be way too good now. Y’all think they’re changing it?

This will be the best example as to whether they pay attention to the minor criticisms or not.
They added a staff to Gandalf after reading feedback, which was announced due to being a new accessory.
A minor tweak to Batman’s cowl after a tiny minority point out an inaccuracy is probably something that would just get done behind the scenes and left for those who care to appreciate while the rest of fans go on blissfully ignorant of the whole debacle.

That’s a good point, only some people wanted an extra accessory of his gauzed hands accessory to pair with the Bruce Wayne head. Other than that, the only criticisms on looks is the cowl. (Besides articulation etc) I feel like it’s a big deal since they want to prioritize likeness before anything else, so we hope that they listen despite only a few people mentioning it.

I have a 40% chance they would do it based on the post of “intricate details and likeness”. From those keywords, I don’t really know what else they can update at this point. Everything else is spot on. Maybe a cape reveal on the material but that’s not really a likeness issue more towards sustainability long term.

I really hope they change the cape to real leather, if these guys want to prove they’re the best then they have to live up to what they promised us. NO MORE PLEATHER!
I think the solution deemed most appropriate at this scale was instead for a more durable type of faux leather as opposed to real leather.
Seems like the HT style pleather is just the absolute cheapest crap available but there are much better alternatives. The materials experts can explain better…

Real leather would need to be wafer thin at 1/6 scale to form an accurately draping cape so I don’t know how doable that is. If there are better suited, equally as durable and textured options available then I’ll hope for those.

Will there be any new prototypes on display at this event? Trinity, Black Adam etc or is it just final versions of already announced figures?

Aragorn is supposed to be first revealed there, sculpted and rooted hair options. They said maybe Henry Cavill Superman and Black Adam. I believe Harry Potter and Dune Paul are also said to be on display

After looking at all the pictures and seeing how amazing this looks I went ahead and ordered and paid in advance for the sculpted hair Batman from Toys Wonderland since they have free worldwide shipping on these. I also have the Hot Toys version with the Bat signal ordered. Going to be a 💩 load of BatmEn overrunning my detolfs. 😂

The 15th is still a week away, so, I’m still firmly in the camp of “cross that Bridge when we come to it.” Personally, I hope they get to the Root of people’s complaints because, if they do? This could be the Apex of 1/6th scale The Batman collectibles. But will they actually fix it? Who nose?

Oooooooh boy...
Oh I’m well aware. I’ve ordered from them before. Their free shipping is usually by Pony Express and half the horses drown on their swim to the states. Still hoping to get him before my kids are out of college. Just glad I got him ordered and I’ll be drooling and waiting on mine to arrive while I watch countless unboxings on YouTube.
