I'd love it if they got the Pirates license from Disney to a do a 20th anniversary Jack and Barbossa next year (because they would absolutely kill both figures, COTBP versions are long overdue, and it would allow Disney to test the waters with InArt) but I don't see that happening.

Alien or Predator feels more likely based on all the times they are mentioned in interviews but how popular are they in China? House of Dragons probably the most obvious at this point since they already have GoT and HoD would give them a current series that is massively popular.

I suppose it is a little boring of us to want Termnator, Alien and Predator when HT have been there and done that but they’re just such classics and are in dire need of modern standard high quality figures. I’d be down for all of those.

Just picked up DX06 Jack Sparrow and that 3P Barbosa so I’m not in a rush to see them made obsolete just yet even though IA versions would be stellar.

I don’t believe Asmus were showing much interest in going after Rings of Power until it was confirmed a bonafide hit- and that certainly hasn’t happened yet- so maybe InArt will just dive right in. But that would get in the way of my precious LOTR figures… I’d save more money over time on skipping stuff but have to wait longer for what I want. It’s a bittersweet compromise.

HOTD seems to be received far better than anticipated so that’s also quite a likely target seeing as ThreeZero clearly don’t have a stranglehold on the GoT license.
So far, it’s essentially the Matt Smith show but if all they make is a Daemon, that’d be fine- even though there are a lot of beautiful costumes in every episode.

I like the sound of IA expanding their current licenses which I guess means acquiring all the LOTR and Matrix Movies, some more Harry Potter titles and every season of GoT etc.

It's obviously going to be Mass Effect, and the first figure will be Mirandass I mean Miranda's ass I mean Miranda.

Kidding aside, a part of me hopes that they'll be something of no interest to me, so that I can save money. But I'd obviously buy a T-800 in a heartbeat if it is indeed Terminator. I do wonder if they'll one day try going after some movie-specific Disney/Marvel licenses, such as say Raimi Spider-Man or FoX-Men, in an effort to sidestep the rules a bit. Either way, we'll see, but I'm thinking the two licenses will be relatively modern and safe.

Good shouts on both Blade Runner and Mad Max. Both Warner Bros (I believe) and both have 2010s hit movies to add to their 80s classics.

Not sure how popular they were in China? When you look at a list of highest grossing international films of all-time in China it’s disturbing how often Fast and Furious and Transformers turn up.

I'd love for it to be Blade Runner. Deckard, Roy and K would make for a great set-up. Just a thought, but maybe something like The Witcher has a shot? They could get some very nice figures from it, and it's very popular last time I checked.

I can only wish. There was not a single licensed 1/6 figure for The Witcher ...

There was some really good info in another thread just a few days ago, but I wouldn't count on much in the way of licensed video game figures anytime soon. Especially from InArt. The demand just isn't there for companies to get the licenses.

Theyre probably doing House of the Dragon
God I hope so. If anything is begging for 2-pack options it’s this. Especially with the actor swaps from episode 5 onwards. All three of Daemon, Rhaenyra and Alicent would get my money.

An InArt T2 battle-damaged T-800 would be awesome (as good as the HT DX is)...

I can totally see a $1,000 two-pack of clean T-800 with glasses and a full battle-damaged T-800 missing his arm. That would make a great set.
I don't know how exactly, but I would have to free up funds for a set like that! A clean T-800 with actual Arnie proportions and the Arnie neck... :thud:

I've been looking over my collection these last few months, thinking what's likely the next figure to go (as I want to stick to my 1 figure per shelf display, and I have more on pre-order than I have space allocated for), and the HT DX10 and DX13 are the most likely candidates. Particularly the DX10 is getting quite outdated - but I love the look so much that I want to have it represented in my collection. The DX13 still holds up well, but my 1:4 BD Enterbay tops it.

I had some stupid glimpse of hope when Sideshow got the license back when they announced this on their page. Then again...it's Sideshow but hey it was something.

Not a single licensed 1/6 figure from the Witcher line so far outside of medicore attempts of it so far from third parties. Wish someone would do the line.

I'm not the biggest uberfan, but they'd tempt me as the designs would make for some stunning figures. The problem is all those characters would need rooted hair, so you'd be looking at 500$ at least, meaning a core Witcher line would cost you 2K. And IA's pumping them out pretty fast. With the way things are going, lots of people will need to set some real priorities.

I think that was just for statues anyway. Still, it is weird that such a big game didn't get any proper 1/6th merch. But then again most videogame licenses don't go past some 6" stuff and statues, if they ever get any merch. We'll see, I think it has good chances.

That'd be a good way for me to save money. It's an alright way to kill an hour and everything, but I'm not dropping 500$ on anyone there. Beyond Daemon, would anyone else even sell at these prices? I really like most of the costumes, but does that translate in figure sales? Dunno, maybe it being the hottest show at the moment (not that there's a lot of competition right now) and the GoT brand would move a couple of figures. We all have our tastes. I'll drop the cash on the DUNC figures for example, and I don't imagine those would sell like hotcakes. Either way, I think HotD is an eventuality, but I'm hoping the new licenses to be announced now are a bit more exciting than GoT 2.0 and it takes a backseat for the time being.

Still curious as to how their movable eye system will work.

Looking forward to seeing how their production piece looks. John said they have a horror license if only it was evil dead or Freddy.

With their relationship with WB and the premium stuff they like to do, I feel like they could knock people’s socks off with a Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist.

Oh God yes! That would be my number 1 dream figure right there. I even bought a Linda Blair signed photo a few months ago in hope that InArt would make her. Talk about jinxing it. Three things in its favour: 1) arguably the greatest horror film of all-time (top 3 at a minimum), 2) They said they're getting into horror figures, 3) It's Warner Bros. I'd happily part with $1000 for a Regan complete with the bed.
