This piece is a winner for sure. Does not look nearly as muscular in person. Great detail and great paint apps on Pumkinhead itself. The base is OK. Could use some better paint for sure.

Piece has presence. Predator by Prime 1 is still my fav creature statue but I like this Pumpkinhead better then the P1 Big chap I think.

Only issue is.. I don't know if its SSC fault or mine but I got a "limited edition" and not the exclusive with the extra head :( Reached out to SSC and hoping they can just send me an exclusive head. I really hope they can because I really like. I always order the EX... Only thing I can think of is the dumb names they come up with. Limited edition may have had me thinking it was the Exclusive.

Nice! Hope the "head" confusion gets sorted.

I asked earlier (someone else) but didn't get a reply - did they fix the "seam" issue people were discussing some time back?

Seam issue is no longer a problem. They no longer have the switch out where the neck meets the body. It’s hidden under the head.

Here is another shot. I upped the Brightness so you could see the seam. Really not an issue.

It looks bad here but I had to get down and turn up the brightness. The natural shape of his jaw and the shadows make it a minor problem. If one would wanna call it that

So I am not sure what to do about the Exclusive.

It was my fault after all. I ordered the "limited edition" and thus did not get the ex head. SSC said they would let me send it back for a full refund and I could get the Ex.... But I am so damn happy with this one I am afraid of the other arriving broken or some other issue.

Will I ever use the Ex head... Probably not. But the completest in me wants it :lol

Maybe ask them if you could buy the EX and then return the one you ultimately don't want?

Have to be honest though - I'm not a fan of the other portrait.

PS: That was good of Sideshow to let you return - will you have to pay return shipping on the LTD and for shipping the EX?

Great minds my friend.

I asked that of them yesterday and they replied yes. Also full refund on everything.

I'm with you. I don't love the other head but my son likes it and I basically got this bad boy for him to have one day :)

Ya know SSC has always been good to me. Replaced parts, good refunds, polite back and forth. It’s why I’ve been with them for 15 years. That’s a lot of $$$ also so maybe they cut me a break. But I’ve also never gone overboard with complaints either. “Hey look, my statue has a tiny chip in the sculpted mud of the base. I want a replacement now!!!! “ lol
 
As lovely as this is, and my being a huge fan of the film.....I couldn't do it. I just don't have the room. So I must live vicariously through photos. So post as many as possible fellow freaks. Help a poor old collector out. Brother, can you spare some Pumpkinhead pics.:Flush

With the three of these together, one could simply say "I have an awesome collection" and it only consist of these. Bravo. Exquisite. I love it.
