Yes, he said all the major retailers that regularly carry his figures will get at least some quantities.
Where did he say that? Got a link? A week or two on Facebook, when he was talking about the TMP figures, and McCoy specifically, it sounded like they would all be exclusive to EXO-6.
 
I don't think he's ever said that anything will be available only on Exo-6. The only difference is that some figures like TMP will be provided to retailers in much smaller quantities, since there will be far fewer of them to go around.

I never said that he did. But he did say on Facebook a couple weeks ago that he was considering making "disco" Bones available via lottery. Someone then made the suggestion that if he wanted to be sure that only collectors and not scalpers get the chance to purchase the figure, that he make the figure only available to those who purchased both Kirk and Spock, which he said thought that was "a good idea." Not sure how he could do any of that if they're sold elsewhere.

I didn’t see where he said that it could be a good idea that people who buy TMP Kirk and Spock should be first shot at getting a TMP McCoy. I don’t love the idea but better than a lottery or whatever he was considering.

I know it’s probably not realistic but it’s too bad there can’t just be an open period for the TMP figures. Maybe like 24 hours and whatever amount of orders received is what they produce.

I'm not so sure that it is. There are people who want to complete the trio, but as was pointed out in that thread, there are also collectors who may want every version of McCoy made but may only want Kirk and Spock in their maroons or TOS looks or something. I still think the best option would be to limit the sale to a single day and one per customer/address until they sell through, if that figure is going to be limited by default. Nanjin wants to make it hard for resellers to get the figure, but he can never make it impossible.

To be honest, I don't like either idea. Keep it 1 per customer and put in some ways to deter bots from purchasing.

Though I may get a TMP Kirk, McCoy is the only one I want. Telling me I may have to buy two figures that I don't really care that much about to get the one I want makes me concerned about how other figures I want will be handled.

Hey, has anyone had any issues with EXO-6 customer service?

I ordered a figure in July, but received the wrong one. Thinking EXO-6 should be informed about the mixed up and hopefully resolve it, I emailed customer service. I did get a notification right a way, stating; due to 'high email volume' there's a two week wait period.

Well, it's been nearly 4 weeks now and haven't gotten any response, (despite a couple of followups in between). I'm sure this is not normal. :unsure:

So I'm wondering if anyone else experienced any CS issues with EXO-6 and how can one contact them. :confused:

I've had some success chatting with them via Facebook Messenger, although responses are sporadic at times.
 
Hi guys,

It appears there is a glitch in the emails to pay for Mirror Sulu.

I received an email to make final payment but when I go to complete the order, it shows Sulu as being sold out.
When I hit continue, it takes me to a page for Archer.

I checked the EXO-6 Facebook page and others are having the same issue so I am sure it will get corrected.
 
Is anyone else having difficulty checking out with their Mirror Sulu? When I attempt to pay I see this Quantity Out-of-Stock error. Pressing Continue just takes me back to the EXO-6 main page.

It seems like that glitch has happened a few times if I recall correctly. My last few have been ordered elsewhere so I haven’t had the issue for a while but I remember others bringing it up (pretty sure it happened with Q too).
 
It looks like the glitch has now been fixed (at least for me).

I clicked on the link to complete my purchase again and it took me to PayPal where I paid off the balance.

Thanks guys. So, basically EXO-6 has no customer service at all? We can't be the only ones. What does that say about the company? With the EXO-6 figures as seemingly popular as they are, how is this acceptable?

I dunno, it’s a bit strange I guess. I get they’re a small company essentially just starting up so I’m giving them a bit of lead way. Australia post has declared both my Saru and Burnham missing. I emailed Exo-6 this morning so we’ll see what happens. I’m sure it will all get sorted out. Well I hope it will anyway ha.
