Totally agree here. I'm more about the aesthetics in the display. No way I'm having a figure that looks undersize compared to all the rest, only because in "real life" he is a bit shorter.

Mine came yesterday finally, but need to find those ankle extenders in my work room now.

Exactly. In the show, he never really appears as short as the figure seems to imply.

It’s all angles, framing, and costuming along with the enormous presence Esposito has on screen, but I do think Gideon just seems more himself on the ankle extenders.

No…

If he’s short, he’s short. LIVE with it 😇

Futzed Gideon... well, removed the white wrap from the neck and lowered the belt the way he wears it. Not much to do. Love this cape, really easy to work with...

Nice!

Moving that belt down is required business. I think I moved mine down a bit more than even you did. Pretty transformative for the figure. He looks great!

haha, I normally don’t mod but it’s the opinion of myself and others that the character is not intended to be short on screen.

It’s a 1 minute process that people feel improves the figure’s presence a lot. But not something necessary to do, of course. Your figure, your rules.

That’s Moff Gideon. He knew my name….

Got mine yesterday. Was a little under whelmed somehow. I guess it's all the time I needed to wait.

Left boot was loose. I guess the connector in the boot is not straight to click in properly. Need to add the ankle extenders anyway, so should be able to fix it all in one go.

OK so has anyone added ankle extenders ?

Am wondering A or B. A is probably a bit much I think.

As it's a fiddly job I thought I'd ask if anyone has already done with one size or the other.

I used these ones. As you can see, it helped Gideon's height issue without going too overboard IMO.

As tall as Krennic would be the ideal height for the Moff himself without absurdly standing out in the collection.

I’ve used these a lot on 3rd party figures. Imo it comes down to the proportions between the knees and the shins. This has a tall boot so you will have more wiggle room I think.

Nicely done. Great, simple pose that keeps the focus on the look. That cape, when futzed well, is probably one of the best HT has done.
Looks great, WG!
