I have not yet started my Harry Potter collection, but I think I'm going to wait for the InArt Harry Potter. I've almost bought the Lord Voldemort a few times and then I decide to put it off.

The Voldemort really is a nice figure. Can look even better repainted though.

I expect the InArt pieces to be next level, but if you’re impatient, no need to sleep on several of Star Ace’s early releases…if you can find them.

Voldemort is quite good, but my favorites are the Dumbledores and Hagrid if you can stomach the mixed of rooted hair and sculpted beards which I thought was going to be disappointing, but turned out pretty great, IMHO. And I don’t think they’ll ever be a better first year Hermione than this K. A. Kim sculpt!

Wow, that Hermione sculpt is really good. I dont think I had seen that one. Are these pics of the prototype or actually production piece?

I think those are the production piece. Star Ace used to be good. Their early Harry Potter and their Steve Mcqueen from The Great Escape is pretty good. Gone downhill after that.
 
Trying to make some 1/6 accessories for the philosopher's stone Harry I bought, also planning on changing Harry to a chamber of secrets figure if I can find the parts (I only assembled everything, the prints are from Google)

I really like this Newt figure especially after changing the body to a Worldbox body with HT Newt hands and boots. I did other mods too but those improved it the most. Now I just need to get the headsculpt repainted. I actually like this figure more than the HT especially after my mods

A really nice Harry you have here. I really like all Star Ace Harry sculpts, but The Chamber of Secrets Harry is a closest likeness, to me.
I like your custom sweets))
 
Finished putting everything together last night, opinions on the frog ? I had a bit of trouble trying to sculpt one, also I found someone selling the chamber of secrets head seperate, I also made the figure taller. Hey guys, serious question. Is it possible that Star Ace actually improved the McGonagall hat in later runs of the figure? From earlier photos, I had the impression that the hat rode a bit high and didn’t look all that natural.

You may recall from a few posts back, I ordered my Minerva direct from Star Ace and they neglected to include her hat, the stool, and the Sorting Hat. Well after writing to Star Ace months ago, they finally turned up today! I think the hat looks pretty sensational (in Star Ace’s personal scale at least)!

I think my hat ride the same high on her head as yours. But I like to keep mine tilted like she had in the films.
Good that you finaly got your accessories :)
 
Anyone out there know somewhere I can get the 1/6 Azkaban teen Harry ? It's so dam rare but I'm pretty desperate to get one even if it's just the headsculpt loose
