OSK is $30 more than Sideshow so expect $420 for this when it goes up with them.

Pricing is about right for what diecast figures are usually priced at these days.

Yeah, 420 does not sound all that better either once you factor in taxes and shipping. Jesus.

For the first time a reissue is more expensive that secondary market prices…
I can admit that the Covid went through everything but seriously, 100% increasing…
Personally I give up…

I prefer not imagine the 2022 price of a DX09 reissue…

It'll likely be similar to the DX19. They like to overcharge for that Diecast BS.

Okay but that was 9 years ago. Welcome to 2022 where even the basic of figures are now $300-$350 and Diecast figures are now $400-$500.

Unfornately not much to do except to be more selective of what you buy, don't buy at all or cough up the dough.

That was a while back and it also did not come with that unnecessary jetpack.

It would have been nice if this was offered without the jet pack and then maybe an exclusive with the pack.

I’m sure no one here is a fan of it and all it’s doing is driving up the price to only live inside the box.

I don't collect 1/6 but RoboCop is probably my favourite all time movie and character. I'm not sure about that price though, and I'm not sure sure how he'll look compared when he's towering above all of my 1/12 figures!

Wow, this fig has come out of nowhere! Personally Im not really interested in a Robo fig from such a notoriously bad film and after seeing the price of this, thats me out for sure.
I would really like to see a company make some of the bad guys from the first Robo film, especially Boddicker.

It is based on Robo 3, and like it or not, the Jetpack is the most memorable thing about that *********** of a movie. Oh well.

At the same time, the vast majority of this release is made up of already existing molds they don't need to blow tons of money on creating.

It unfornately is what it is. Reissues these days aren't subject to being cheaper because they're reissues with a fresh coat of paint. Hot Toys will price these figures based on how all their other figures on the market are priced. This shouldn't be more than $350 max but those days are long gone.

I'm happy I got the first release with the mechanical chair for a good deal at $300 when I did way back. Will let this one sit out a bit and maybe throw some reward points into it down the line. No real rush for it.

Expensive, but not unexpected. Most new collectibles today cost twice as much as they did ten years ago.

Yeah I know everything is way more expensive than 10 years ago.
The previous release was what 220-230$?
Honestly I was expecting 280-300$ but not 430-450…

He's more like $350 at ToysBuyingAgent and ToysWonderland, without the battle-damaged chest accessory.

The good thing about being older is that one is much more selective with their purchases. This is something I want and being able to save up until it comes out is really not difficult.

If you are the type that buys everything, then that’s a different story.

Yeah I'm probably out of this hobby soon with these prices. Oh well, more money for Pokemon cards.
