I generally root for Sideshow to do well and while I decided to pass on this line I was really hoping it would take off. As someone else said, this was a potential gold mine for them and a unique line they could've milked into the 30 character neighborhood fairly easily. These production head sculpts look like 3 3/4 inch Hasbro figures though. If you showed me the close up of the heads and I didn't know what thread I was in, that's what I would think they are. How do they as a company let the product get all the way to completion before making adjustments? Goodbye cash cow...

They need to stick to statues and premium formats

They fail with action figures IMO

I'm the one who said that. I love the CW and really wanted these to turn out good. The animation style was one of the cool things about the series, so to have figures represent that would have been great.

However, SS strikes again and delivers a crappy product. Looks like Ahsoka is coming with Yoda on the way but I doubt it goes beyond that judging by the comments this thread is blowing up with.

Oh yeah, sorry couldn't remember who said it. Yeah, they just had to nail the human sculpts as the helmeted characters and aliens would probably have been a snap. So frustrating.

That’s why I thank the lord for HT and third parties despite the pricing ..they’re worth it, unlike SS

I understood why box art is so small. Otherwise the difference between a big box art and the product inside may get SSC be sued.

You are looking at a $25 figure, they’re just charging obscene amounts for it.
It is a $25 figure with the obscene amount cost for SS clothing and accessories because this is always been SS MO. Mezco has the same formula in 1/12 ..they have the same ideals in focusing on the clothing and accessories and the same problems in an overall figure concept
