Just checked Gundamit and they have a placeholder pre-order for Tifa. What do you guys make of this? I'm very tempted, I only came across Gametoys Cloud well after release and had to pay a pretty penny for him on eBay, would be nice not to miss the boat this time :)

No store should be taking pre-orders of a product that isn't even available for pre-order yet, reeks of shady.

Damn, that might be a while 😄 I'm interested primarily in getting Tifa and Aerith alongside my Cloud, as well as Barrett if they ever make him. Zack doesn't really interest me, I love the visual representation of the FF7 cast in the remake but prefer the original story and never played the spinoff games.

Damn, I wish they weren't pixelated. Those look incredible from the little I can see. I love that they actually have various skin tones. It drives me insane that the industry standard for seamless bodies are pale and slightly less pale as their only two options (for the most part, I know there's exceptions).

All the more reason I hope they do a 1/6 Barret. Looks like every single character so far has had their own unique body, I would hope that they're willing to take a stab at Barret and his physique.

They do this for all suspected future preorders. If the preorder never materializes you can request your 1-2 dollar deposit back. But I agree, no need to do preorder until an actual product is up.

From left to right in naming:

Aerith
Tifa
Remake Cloud
Remake Zack
Remake Sephiroth (also Ichigo and Hollow Ichigo)
Cow (most probably Ichigo Vastro Lorde)
Advent Children Sephiroth
Advent Children Cloud

The in between are the various prototypes bodies and probably also some seamless bodies available in the market at the moment.
 
Very cool about advent children Sephiroth!!! I imagine his designs are close enough between iterations that if someone missed out on RE Seph this is gonna be a perfectly fine stand-in, and for the people who love the differences (*coughMEcough*) won’t mind having both lol

edit: though tbh I hope before AC Seph gets announced we do see some more characters like BARRET or the dynamic duo (Rude and Reno)

I wouldn't even care if Barett was the most expensive GT figure yet due to his size/complexity... I'd still definitely get him! But I don't think we'll see him, and if we do, he will be last. I won't get my hopes up, because I really do want him...

I feel this… :( I’m just gonna have to rely on whatever kind of paint job I can do on my custom, and know I did it with love.
