Cool accessories and a nice sculpt. It wasn't the best of the series, but I don't have a Neo. I'll probably get this one.

Looks like exactly the same head they are using for Johnny Silverhand, which is almost identical to the John Wick head. It would be nice if they at least modified Keanu's expression in between figures. I'll stick with the original.

Feels like a bargain bin figure. Super plain, no movie hype and it's pretty much regarded as the worst Matrix movie.

Might pick it up for sub $200 shipped.

Probably why it’s an exclusive. They tend to be figures with a lot of re-used parts and are easy to churn out fast. Some exceptions but a lot of them are that way.

The InArt one didn't even make the updated slate of releases they announced, a lot of us assumed that one wouldn't even see the light of day because of the reception to the movie lol.

InArt axed just Resurrections or the entire Matrix line (the original trilogy) from their updated releases?

Based on Hot Toys past track record with Matrix (and other lines), Neo will be the only figure released - we will not get the rest of the Matrix Resurrection characters - not that I would want any other except possibly Trinity to pair with Neo... and possibly Bugs.

Since I'm a big Keanu fan, I might try to get this despite the sculpt possibly being recycled from past figures (as others mentioned).

I assume this will eventually be a SSC exclusive?

I loved the movie, I honestly don't really like his look from Matrix Reloaded and I pretty much hate Revolutions, so I'm glad this is the one we're getting. At first I thought this was a modded John Wick sculpt but I think it's new? It just looks better than John Wick to me at least. I saw one person on Twitter say this would actually be for sale at SDCC with Sideshow, but who knows.

I like the HS on this better than John Wick IMO, i may even try to get head and swap it for John Wick,

I know which look I prefer ;)

I'm thinking, if they're bothering to make this we have to get a Reloaded version eventually. That's the choice of most bootleggers.

The fact that you're all saying cool accessories has me puzzled because I'm just thinking "what accessories?" :lol

Even Cyber X outdoes them in that department:

Popcultcha has had toy fairs exclusives in the past, not sure about more recent years.

I’m definitely going to get this. Any hot toys matrix release is instabuy for me.

Just need a proper hot toys reloaded-revolutions Neo to complete the hat trick.

What a time to be alive. My face three franchises - Wars, Trek and Matrix - in active development by premium toymakers! (Not so great for my wallet tho.)

“I still know Kung Fu.” – Neo

Neo was forced into a false reality by The Analyst, and believes himself to be the game designer named Thomas Anderson, who designed a series of Matrix video games that are based on Neo’s own memories. When Neo is first woken up to who he is, his powers as The One doesn’t immediately manifest, making it unclear if perhaps his death and rebirth caused them to fade.

Renowned actor Keanu Reeves has reprised his role of Neo for the fourth instalment of the franchise, The Matrix Resurrections, and we are very excited to unveil this legendary character as 1/6th scale Neo collectible figure as the Toy Fair Exclusive item available only in selected markets.

Faithfully crafted based on the appearance of Keanu Reeves as Neo in The Matrix Resurrections, the figure features a newly developed head sculpt and hair sculpture highlighting impressive likeness; the iconic long coat and form-fitting outfit with fine tailoring; an array of highly-detailed accessories including a pair of sunglasses, a bottle of pills, bullets with interchangeable waves effect, two-sided backdrop with mirror and frame, a matrix video game themed backdrop with lenticular effect, interchangeable hands with blue pills and red pills, and a figure stand.

Wow this is surprising! I've come to like KR's films, so may pick this one up. I'd gotten a John Wick head sculpt and was impressed with it, and the head sculpt on this new figure looks very good in my opinion.

One reason I collect 1/6 is sometimes for the artistry of the headsculpts displaying certain actors more so than certain characters. Keanu is one I passed on previously because the younger Matrix version didn’t resonate with me and the bloody versions of heads like John Wick turn me away if I’m buying it ‘for the actor’ instead of ‘for the character.’ I’m likely to get this just because I want a middle-age Keanu Reeves action figure.

Interesting approach, I recall someone collected a whole bunch of the Lokis predominately because they were a TH fan.
