Avengers: Endgame - 1/6th scale Iron Man Mark LXXXV (Holographic Version) Collectible Figure (Toy Fair exclusive)

Iron Man Mark LXXXV is the most advanced and powerful armor Tony Stark has ever created. It’s a special armor that gives Stark superhuman strength, durability, flight, and a variety of high-tech weapons.
Inspired by the design of Tony Stark’s very last Iron Man suit in MCU, Hot Toys is excited to present the Holographic Version of Iron Man Mark LXXXV 1/6th scale collectible figure in metallic blue as this year’s toy fair exclusive item only available in selected markets.

Masterfully crafted based on Iron Man Mark LXXXV in Avengers: Endgame, the diecast figure giving the armor a holographic twist features a helmet head with LED-light up function, intricate design of the Iron Man armor reproduced in blue accent with a metallic appearance, LED light-up functions scattered throughout the upper body, back and Arc Reactor on chest, highly-detailed weapons including Nano Lightning Refocuser, energy blade, Katar and a pair of Nano Repulsor Cannons, interchangeable hands, and specially designed figure stand.
This holographic version of Iron Man will surely stand out in your Hall of Armors collection!

How absolutely shocking of a reveal for a TF Exclusive. I am thoroughly shocked. 🙄

...I'm kinda tempted since it looks similar enough to the Endo-Sym, but I'm still holding out hope for Superior Iron Cruise. But yeah, weak selection all around. Let's hope they show better things during SDCC because these exclusives are very underwhelming.

I just don't get why Howard Chan keeps allocating resources to this crap.
I think it is pretty evident that Iron Man = $$$$ is no longer the equation that it used to be, Hot Toys.
It's well beyond overplayed at this point.

How about doing something NEW and DIFFERENT for Toyfair Exclusives.
ORIGINAL CHARACTERS that a good majority of people might ACTUALLY WANT in their collections
instead of this absolute overpriced garbage.

I was starting to consider the Stealth Origins suit, just because the blue plastic looks better on him than the clear on the regular + War Machine, but might have to go with this instead. The color scheme looks great on him, even if he doesn't have the red eyes/arc reactor.

I think it looks cool but even if I were still collecting Marvel, it would be a pass for me. But I'm sure there are plenty of Iron Man completists out there to make this one a success (just like I already have the Boba Fett already on it's way from TBA...) :)

Are you going to "cross the streams" and display your Stealth Suit Boba Fett with your Stealth Suit IM, Spider-Man and Captain America (Concept Cap)? :lol

I sold all my Marvel with the exception of the OG six Avenger figures and the Comic Spider-Man. They reside in the media room as the rest of the basement has returned to Star Wars exclusive territory...

I just had a look at the thread on your man cave as I haven't seen it in quite a while. You've been busy during the pandemic - amazing job!
