Or Kenobi putting on a Stormtrooper uniform and them literally just walking her out in plain sight as if it was a prisoner transfer a la Chewie in ANH would have been less conspicuous than what they did, lol.

Sounds like the original script was flawed but still far far superior to what we got after the horrible Joby re-write. F disney.

Eh, this stuff is totally normal. Reva was going to get killed, Darth Maul was originally going to show up, etc. This stuff happens. Like Thor: Love & Thunder had cameos from Peter Dinklage, Lena Heady and Jeff Goldblum shot but cut.
The only Star Wars draft I think would have actually been better in execution was the still-flawed Duel of the Fates treatment for Rise of Skywalker. That still wouldn't have made everyone happy, but it would have at least been consistent. Good grief...

No, he’s not relevant to Luke.
No but hopefully Season 2 is all about him training Obi-Wan how to become a ghost so that "we can encourage Rey in the galaxy's darkest hour."

I honestly don't think I'll be watching any more SW...
Everything has become too mediocre and inconsequential to have any sort of appeal any more. And, this being effing SW, I just can't laugh it off. It doesn't ruin my childhood or anything, but I simply cannot derive any pleasure from how utterly dumb these series and movies have become.

Im gonna follow Andor here, and if our arbiters of taste start saying "THIS IS THE BEST THING EVER, MANDO YOU ARE NOW IN THE SHADE!!!" then i might start watching..... But i would not bet a nickel on that happening. Not even 0.05¢ will i bet.
I will watch season 2 of TBB. But live action..... I dunno. Except for Mando.

Everything "looks good." Hell, BoBF "looked good." However i am weary of being sold steaks with little, or even no sizzle. i do not trust Andor to be delivering my sizzle.

So the writer has revealed that Cody was in the original script and he also had his chip removed like Rex and he acted like Obi-Wan’s silent bodyguard in what was going to be the movie.
In one scene he would kidnap Obi-Wan and put a knife to his throat up against the wall and reveal himself to be Cody and warn OBW that he needs to be smarter while walking around.
Sounds pretty shallow and pointless really lol

I always found it extremely weird how they were burned alive and nobody else was burned alive in the series like that. You’d think the stormtroopers would have better success with whatever weapon this was. But I’m sure this be a retcon that this wasn’t really there bodies.

Where does anyone get the idea they were burned alive? I figured they were shot and the homestead burned along with the bodies to make it look like Sand People were out looting and pillaging.

I mean idk as soon as we see them they are on fire . I just didn’t think the stormtroopers were smart enough to make it look like an accident and why should they? They are apart of a nazi like regime who is going to question them lol
