Saying per FTC regulation you have until April 15th to decide if you don't want to cancel. If you don't select anything it will automatically cancel.

I have never seen anything like this before and it's not like this is the first ever long delay. Wonder what's up with this or if this is just something new?

First time for me too - weird and unpleasant to have someone asking are you really sure. Like HT just doesnt want to make that many or Sideshow doesnt want unsold inventory.

Sideshow refunded my fully paid Loki dollars today, but my order still says Preparing to Ship! LOL!

At least they didn't cancel the pre-order. They're supposedly going to do the same thing with Ahsoka and the Boba 2-packs that haven't shipped yet either.

Surely Loki will be released this week?
2 years since this was revealed,which seems crazy as I remember it like yesterday.

Nope... he was pushed to Q3 - Q4 2022 last I heard.
That may be for Sideshow, but I still wouldn't expect him until later this summer at Secret Base.

Saturday the 18th was the 2 year anniversary of my Loki preorder. To celebrate this momentous occasion, I ordered a Loki themed cake. It hasn't shown up yet either.

I'm gonna assume that the 2 year wait is them updating that terrible proto sculpt to one of their recent better ones. I can't help but laugh if they release this and changed nothing.

I don't see them changing the sculpt on this, though you never know... that's for sure.

I'd just like to know if Sideshow actually has these in the warehouse and is sitting on them.

^ I actually cringe every time i think about this figure. As i am almost certain it will be the same sculpt as the proto. Cable was nearly identical to the proto and that took 2 yrs to release. They had 2 yrs to improve it. This is looking like it will be the same deal. If i see that proto sculpt on the mp figure i am insta-canceling it. Unlike the cable figure that i chose to keep for my deadpool 2 collection, this figure was really just an impulse buy. A 2nd chance at having the A1 loki look. I don't really need it in my collection per se.

Well, we got Mech Test Tony, so only Loki and Wonder Woman remain as the longest holdouts from PO.

Seems they used the new Mark III 2.0 sculpt for the final product of Mech Test Tony - wonder if Loki here won’t end up shipping with one of their newer better Hiddleston sculpts too.

I got an e-mail reminding me of a final payment due in December. So I suppose Loki might show up in January 2023. I forgot I had ordered this.
