Sideshow sent mine in a generic shipper box and without plastic over the artbox. Not sure if it’s a return, but it does have some QC issues that I contacted them about.

But hey, they stuck a 10% off QR code on it. So I guess that makes it okay for them to do, in their mind. :lol

Did it etil come with all the plastic wrapping and foam inserted into the figure?

Bro don't accept that ****. At $500, you should be getting a complete and new figure from box to individual wrapping on each part. Especially with the QC issues, just get a replacement going with them.

I’m frustrated with the whole ordeal. They sent a replacement torso, but not a left arm like I need. There’s a deep scratch in the crotch area that shouldn’t be there. But for whatever reason the left arm on this one is quite buttery bending at the elbow, where the right arm feels a lot tighter.

I was hoping maybe the torso would have arms or something attached to it, but the label says the package is only 0.70 pounds. I honestly want to return the whole mess if the torso comes without arms.

I got mine from Sideshow last weekend, and here's how it looks posed right now with Endgame Cap (in the nearly universal poses for each figure):

Out of the box, it felt underwhelming. It has the same oversized body proportions that I dislike about the diecast Mark VII- too tall, shoulders too wide, chest too big. The Mark 85 design still hasn't won me over (it's comic-inspired, but not the design I grew up with), and I feel like my Mark III and XLII figures have more presence. It's not all negative though- I do like having a fully battle damaged IM figure (even if just the front), and the engineering is pretty amazing with all the different joints/flaps.

In a standing pose, it towers over Cap, so I ended up going with the same kneeling snap pose that everyone else will be doing, just to hide the proportion issues (and he still looks too tall, even kneeling). However, that's also where it started to shine- the unmasked head sculpt is the best I've seen so far (my last one was for the Mechanic), and with the right angle/posing, it looks like an actual movie still (HT's bread and butter). The rock base is pretty cheap, but it almost seems designed for the kneeling pose given the rock layout (and slightly cushioned material). Overall, it feels much more like a Tony Stark figure rather than an IM figure (the nearly clean armored head sculpt doesn't help).

After having it on display for a week, the shoulder/chest proportions still look off. Oddly enough, both EG Cap and IM Mark 85 figures have exaggerated hero proportions- it's just that the EG Cap head is too small while the IM body is too big. I'll give it another week to see if I decide to keep or not (leaning towards no). I like having the IM snap represented on the shelf, but there are too many aesthetic issues that bug me given how much the figure cost.

This one is likely to be the first to really test that law. I'm not feeling hopeful based on everything I'm reading online. A 3 year wait just to pull a Seahawks at the 1 yard line would be beyond brutal.

Got the figure in yesterday. Forgot I even had this on PO and didn't even see the shipment email. Still not quite happy with how shiny and new parts of the armor looks so I'm debating if I'll keep the figure or not.

The sculpt on this figure is amazing though. They did a great job with it. Will take some more proper photos later, quick phone shot for now.

Yeah...oh well. I'll reserve my funds for more Thor figures then

Same here. Love and Thunder could be a really special lineup if Hot Toys are willing to go all in.

@Hologram AI fantastic pic! Never ceases to amaze how this looks good in just about every lighting environment I see it in
