Hopefully Paul. I'm dying to see what they come up with.
Yeah I'd love to see a Paul as well. Then follow through with a companion piece when Dune 2 comes out.

That said I'm starting to feel the pain of too many orders coming too quick at this point, so them doing another figure like Pennywise is actually fine for me to buy some time.

The safest bet is Battinbat, seeing as they've already shown parts of that one off, but I think there's a chance they rush out their Black Adam prototype before Hot Toys can.

I hope it's Paul. I need to see what their version will look like (stillsuit only, two pack with his ceremonial clothing, sculpted or rooted hair, etc) so that I can decide if I'm going to keep my AUG version too. And also form a gameplan for next year as well. I'm moving away from ideas of completionism and leaning more towards one-and-done representations.

But it'll probably be Battinson or Pennywise. Which sucks because they'd said that by May we'd have seen all the figures from the teaser or something to that effect. It's June now and we're in store for something as recent as Pennywise and a Battinson.

Aragorn is the only one that I'm interested in and would seriously consider picking up just for the head sculpt.

That's one expensive headsculpt.

I want to see InArt's Aragorn. I have the Asmus but it can be greatly improved upon. Sideshow I wouldn't even consider the arrows. Like Gandalf, I'm not sure I will PO but if it comes out great I would definitely track one down.

Legolas I'm less enthralled with as a character. I would only get him if I got Gandalf and Aragorn.

Nazgul is a real head-scratcher. The Asmus one I have on steed is great. I'm sure InArt's will look nice but the price there is the deciding factor and I can't see myself spending $300+ on a Nazgul with a sword.

What I meant is that Aragorn is one of my "grail" figures. I just need one kick-butt sculpted figure for the main display. The outfits and gear are really incremental upgrades and not giant leaps.

Believe it or not, I have the Sideshow Aragorn as my main Aragorn on display. The head sculpt was repainted way back when the figure first came out and while certainly not a dead ringer for Viggo Mortensen, I like the rendition better than Asmus's. I have Asmus's "Slim" version of Aragorn on display, as well, but he's behind the four hobbits. I have the SS one with Asmus's Gimli and Legolas for the big 3 display. I also have the Art Figures "Black Gate" Aragorn, which I replaced the body and head sculpt with Asmus's.

The Nazgul that I have is from ACI, if not mistaken. Came with a stone column as part of the display. It looks the part perfectly. I don't see the logic in paying InArt prices on a figure that basically is wearing a black hood with no head sculpt.

They're doing a live video with Pain Collectibles at 3am UK time tonight. I'll be out cold but there might be new news.

not finished watching this yet, but looks like a bust. these are statue guys.

spoke too soon. InArt Patman is looking like a July reveal. Currently working on accessories. No plans for Snydercut Darkseid or Steppenwolf atm, lol.

That's why I am losing interest in them. They are just making the figures hot toys are making. A Darkseid and Steppenwolf is what they should be making since hot toys are not doing them. Not yet another batman. What are they adding other than doll hair?

Goodness a Darkseid would have been insane. You're right though, the Bale Batman especially feels like such a massive miss considering many are getting the DX19 and, from what I've seen, are pretty pleased. Will people really pay around 600 usd or something for a 10/10 instead of a 9/10? Seems extremely unlikely.

… I am that guy.
But it’ll be 500usd so toootally acceptable.

Their Batman isn’t even getting the rooted hair job. Battinson is all sculpted.
They need to make the suit jaw-droppingly realistic to truly blow HT’s effort out of the water. Their set is amazing but the suit looks quite crisp and new. Material choice and weathering will be the deciding factor.
