I am a TOS era Trek fan. Started out with 1/6 TOS, spent 10 years and couldn't make it half way through.
In less than 2 years, we will finish VOY main crew.

I have a bunch of non-main DS9 characters I'd love to get (way over six) but six for Voyager is just about right.

Guess VOY will be the first realistic Star Trek Characters collectibles in Star Trek merchandise history. After all, Star Trek is about the characters and not about the ships.
Tentatively VOY "poster" release will complete before 2nd Quarter 2023. Should have enough time to finish the rest within 4 years.
Keep the choices coming.
Don't number them.
No either/or. I will just delete them and make those choices as less possibilities to be made. You have to make a choice of 6 only.
We have less than 20 respondents. 50 respondents will have statistically better representation of the desires of the general population.

I feel like I really need to accelerate my current watch of Voyager (first time), otherwise Nanjin is going to leave me in his warp trail with these figure releases. 
I'm on S3 E8, so I haven't even made it to Seven of Nine yet!
At this stage in the show, with my current experience, I'd say the MUST HAVE figures for me are: Janeway (got her), EMH (got him), Tuvok (preordered) and B'Elanna. Those are the characters I seem to have the most heart for whenever they appear. I'm not sure I'd want the full crew, as Chakotay (so far) seems to be a boring stereotype, Neelix continues to annoy me, and Tom/Harry are...fine (not sure I'd want to drop $400 to have them). This could all change as I dive through the rest of the series. It's a lot more enjoyable than I was led to believe!

Neelix really did grow on me during the seasons. There are moments that are quite touching. He's a good guy.
I was worried I might not be able (as a woman) to look past Sevens tight suit but she is such a wonderful character and I ended up liking her very much.
I did not like Tom in the beginning either when he was portrayed as the womanizer and funny guy but again he has huge character growth. Are you listening to the Deltaflyers podcast with Robbie and Garrett while watching?
They are watching the episodes and then talk about them. You can see what good friends they are, it's often very funny but also very interesting and my appreciation of Tom has grown immensely since I know Robbie better.
Many say that Chakotay is boring but I don't see it myself. He does what a good first officer does - deal with all the trouble in quiet and keep the captain's back free. He supports her in every way he can which does not mean they're not butting heads once in a while when they have different opinions.
So basically - keep watching
