I watched the latest one -

Although I wanted her involvement to end with this episode and it looks like it won't, child Leia did great in this and I liked her Endor-esque poncho outfit. So I think the actress was well chosen - it's just the misgivings I have about whether we should be seeing her on an adventure with Obi-Wan at all given the formal nature of her message to him in ANH which was more suggestive of never having met him.

Learning more about Obi-Wan's past/family - no particular objection.

Reva was better in this one. It seemed to me.

Vader and Vader VS Obi-Wan.....I don't know. I just don't know.

I wondered whether that was intentional last week, because it instantly reminded me of ROTJ.

Man. I wish I had the rant I wrote an hour or so back.

It was about the Inquisitors and their costumes and make up being garbage-tier basic cable sci-fi crap like "Babylon 5" and "Farscape."

How I'd be so embarrassed to turn up on the set in a stupid black nylon onesie with that dumb cape flapping behind me and trying to act all tough and badass.

It's so embarrassing. Nothing about it looks remotely related to Star Wars in any way. It just looks like some Disney World "Cast Members" were asked to come and film some real scenes for the TV show that day and just go ahead and wear their work uniforms from Galaxy's Edge.

I guess I'm the only one that doesn't like seeing Darth Vader as a murder-demon rampaging around and breaking necks with the Force.

I didn't like it at all in Rogue One, cause I thought it was just over the top gratuitous fan wankery, but at least those were soldiers.

I have no idea why he'd walk down a street and just kill all the innocent people cowering in fear just for the hell of it.

When he chokes and kills the rebel in ANH he does it with his hands. I always liked the sound effects in that scene.

Then came ESB and he got all Force choke happy. Not in a "Vader! Release him!" way...but just killing officers for the hell of it.

I don't know why I'm such a prude about it. I loved it when Luke smashed all those Dark Troopers but they were just robots. I guess I'm just old-fashioned.
He wasn't killing them just because, he was killing them to lure out Obi-Wan, it literally plays off of the Grand Inquisitors Inglourious Basterds speech at the start of the first episode.

Could have spared a lot of lives if he just exploited the Jedi's OTHER weakness:

Farscape had much better makeup than the GI

I actually disliked this one more than the first 2 episodes.
Still not BoBF or ST bad but, and I can't quite put my finger on why, this episode felt very off to me.
Reva sucked as bad as usual. I joked to my wife that next time I'm going to fast forward her scenes. To be fair though, the other 2 Inquisitors were just as bad in this episode. Some really bad acting on display here. They also look ridiculous.
The music was pathetic. I'm sorry but what a let down. Vader and Obi-Wan duel and the music just isn't memorable or significant at all during it.
I know its not the triumphant, Obi-Wan back to himself again, grand duel, so PT style epic music not necessarily right for this first duel, but I'd expect something that suited the scene, something memorable, something that plays on Obi-Wan's despair.
The music has been subpar throughout so far. A real let down.
The duel itself was pretty bad. I won't call it a let down because we're going to get another, perhaps when Obi-Wan is more himself, which will be the true rematch. But to me, it was bad. I felt nothing watching it. It was just a nothing burger.
Vader himself felt very off too. I don't know, maybe the way he moved or looked. It didn't feel like legit Vader to me. More like a fan in a Vader costume somehow.
Not just Vader but everything in this show, feels so cheap.
Again Ewan was good. I think the child actor playing Leia is doing a good job.
It was cool that Quinlan Voss got a mention. The rebel/Jedi rescue woman was OK. Would be happy to see her again.
Struggling to find anything else positive to say. Feel quite deflated after watching this.
