That looks WAY better than I could have hoped for. Looks like some slight weathering may be called for. But that is a SOLID release.

The hair is usually best managed with water and a tiny bit of conditioner to help with frizz, it also sets up the hair to stay in the styles you leave it in. I have several female character with hair and that trick works very well….

That sculpt and paint is REALLY good. I was worried about the eyebrows as its 90 of the look. They Nailed the eyeshadow and brows

Anyone else notice the magnets for the mask? Thats a great way to attach the hoses….

The mask and body armor chest plate need to have a repaint. But thats going to be super easy.

I wonder what Luis will think?

If the hair comes out of the box like that, I hope they supply a brush. On the plus side, the hair looks realistic and fine, not like plastic Barbie hair.

Kit: is that how the hair looks in the box?
Won't lie that first image looked horrible, But I was holding off for better ones. Saw the video so thankfully it's fine just need to futz the hair a bit but at least it's all good.

welp , that was pretty fast turn around on the “horrible 1st blogger pic” to the “that looks really great” phase……

But we have yet to reach the , “first in hand nitpick review” phase.

Definitely workable. The hair can be wet-brushed under control. The chest piece can be given a rust-colored wash, all around.

I think it looks pretty good, right out of the box. We'll know for sure once it is in hand but I have no regrets, based on that pic and the video.

For the colours Premier look to have used the prop as their guide, rather than the movie which often employed a yellow-orange filter to emphasise the heat of the desert.

You can nit pick the details and the size and shape of the various elements, but there's so much going on with this costume that the overall effect is impressive.

The long barrelled stainless steel Ruger Vaquero with ivory grips looks pretty good. Maybe the second revolver was a found object, because it doesn't look like Joe's Colt Anaconda. I don't recognise the make but it has a unique looking flat sided barrel more like a Taurus Raging Bull. As a holster stuffer it does the job though.

These are the prop photos I posted before:

Anyone here in CA or the states get a package from Kit recently? If so, roughly how long does it take -- 12 days, more?

I'm curious with all the shipping issues how to manage my expectations for delivery.

I do not really think the wives were main characters…..they could have been, but they were mostly just the thing being fought over. I am glad they had personalities and were well acted, but they are not the core protagonists.

I would take a Slit over Rictus as well, but Rictus was definitely more of a character.
