Looks like a cheap toy. Definitely should have been based on the character model from AOTC and ROTS.

The SBD has become one of the most teased Hot Toys figures. It’s not even accurate to AOTC and they stuck it in there.
I guess it’s just a background prop at this point.

I'll be very guttered if they actually stick to that design.
If they're going to bother making this figure at all, do the more detailed, more visually interesting, more canonical design from AOTC.

Oh man I assumed that the PT and Mando SBD's were the same but damn the PT ones look so much more sleek and badass. Can't unsee now. Even droids get fat when they appear on Mando/BOBF, lol.

I would hope it’s taking forever because they’re retooling it to be accurate to AOTC. But then again, Hot Toys…

My intuition said lucas arts. Been playing battlefront too much, it’s more engraved in my mind than Lucasfilm. Flies better, or something.

That looks awful.
So it's the wrong design, the less detailed design, and not chrome because they used all their chrome paint up on two pointless special edition variants of troopers.
It also has a Mandalorian base (the sand type) but it's the wrong design even for the Mandalorian.

Man seeing this in this scale...I never realized how poor of a droid design this is.
I feel like the KX Enforcer droid is what this wanted to be, but instead it's a paper shredder with legs.
