1/6 Hot Toys BW Movie Taskmaster

HUGE Taskmaster fan and I always thought this design was a great MCU representation of it but yeah, just everything they did for this character in the movie just completely turns me away from ever being intersted in seeing this figure in my collection. I really am disappointed.

Poor, poor Taskmaster. No first batch/second batch at Toyswonderland and no markup for being a new release means nobody wanted this.

It is a well-executed good looking figure though. Weird none of the bloggers did a photo of Taskmaster battling Black Widow.

This one grew on me, despite the reveal in the movie. I preordered because I figured I could change a few things to make it look more like comics Taskmaster or kitbash it to look like Bloodsport.

Definitely looks like the prototype, my question mark was simply on the
"meh" about this release overall. Just a bland character.

Absolutely NOTHING wrong with the figure from an aesthetic POV. It's the actual character that's giving the figure zero buzz from collectors.

Nothing wrong with the figure but the direction they took the character in was downright awful imo, and they look like an edgy airsoft player.

Cool fig...I wonder how low the price will dip.

Obviously it won’t be this figure, but something is going to bring you roaring back it

Yeah the exposed helmet looks great. Would've liked an un-helmeted head sculpt too

Haha maybe, I think it might be Scarlett Witch from DS2...that prototype headsculpt is phenomenal.

I wonder how many ordered this? I thought the movie was just a big waste of time but was OK with taskmaster until the reveal...which I feared they would do as soon as I saw the first trailer for this.
