Anyone know where I can pick one of these Mr Toys sets up? The seller I had ordered from inexplicably cancelled my order.

Did you email Kit? He might have some extras. So far, I’ve only seen them on eBay since the pre sold sell out.

I have one without the body. I’d forgotten I had ordered it until it showed up today. I was going to look at it tomorrow and decide.

Sure thing! and I trust you'd like to see how she compares to HT Leia, (unfortunately I only have Bespin Leia, and a HS of Endor Leia lol):

S17B body is definitely taller than HT's.
Thanks for the comparison and explanation.

The S27B being the smallest of them all, do you think it could work for Leia ?

S27B is a very small body, more suitable for younger teenage characters.

I used them for my CC Toys' The Last of Us Ellie Summer and Winter figures:

Heightwise it's a match for the modified 5' 1" body I used for Leia, but the shoulders are very narrow so it may not look right. The limbs are also thin.

Ok… quick rundown on Leia..
HT endor head with knock- off slave Leia ponytail….
TB league S17B body shortened about 10 mm
Hasbro slave Leia bra… skirt plates… bracelet all made from resin … find it much easier to work with and shape
All the other bits are made from brass rod and wire…. the boots are Hasbro View attachment 577559
She looks amazing!!!

The body arrived this morning from KG Hobby. Once I removed the wires from the skirt she posed up really well. The skin tone difference seems to be barely noticeable under warm white spotlights. Have to say I love it, and for under £100 total (inc. shipping) I have absolutely no complaints.

That looks amazing! I just got mine last week and I still don’t know what body to use. What body did you use?

I'm still surprised every time I go into the collection room how much I like her, and how surprisingly effective she is in spite of skimping on the body.

I waited almost three weeks after announcement before pre-ordering her from Kit. What held me back were concerns of selecting a body and hoping it would match the sculpt, and be properly proportioned in the essential places; and also not believing she would look very effective on display due to the limitations of whatever body I used. There would either be visible joints, or a seamless body where I'd be afraid to leave her arms or legs bent due to the likelihood of damage.

This just wasn't a depiction of Leia that was conducive to realisation as a figure, but better off as a statue.

Since the price seemed good, and I already had a spare body I could try, temptation eventually got the better of me.

Nevertheless, I never expected the body to match the sculpt so perfectly. That was the luckiest of flukes, and half the battle was already won.

The joints are a trade off in exchange for getting the height and proportions I wanted, and while she does look a lot nicer with some of the seamless bodies others have used, I know that if I did the same she would be in a museum pose statue to avert damage, so she wouldn't even be able to hold the force pike.

In short, this is a depiction that I wouldn't want to spend much money on, because there's always going to be a drawback.

Just the S12D (suntan) they recommended. The height issue gets taken out of it as long as you pose her sitting. I tried it with the Phicen smaller breasted body and it looked dreadful, the head looked way too big in proportion to the body. Taking the wire out of the skirt also helped massively.

Not sure if mentioned already but the hair piece plugs in perfectly to the HT ROTJ Leia. Used a bit of force but I just pulled the hair piece out with my hands.

I'm using the suntan s17b here. Plan to dye the body to get closer to the HT head sculpt color.

I wish the metal bits read more like metal but overall this is a pretty great addition to the Jabba display.

I decided not to use my ROTJ Leia hs. I need to add earrings, just don't have the heart to put it on the HT hs and causes scratches on the paint.

I'm hoping to work on mine later tonight. I'm pleasantly surprised by the included sculpt. It's not as good as the ROTJ HT of course but it's pretty decent nonetheless. Are you all removing the wires from the skirt as Trips suggested?
