What's their reason now? I'm wondering if it's the same people that were bitching about the additional preorders that happened previously.

Some say they no longer collecting 1/6 now

Some say that was an error, or they forget they ordered this, or maybe they got hacked

I am emailing with one guy right now, a direct paypal dispute, he's telling me that we charge him without notification, he never placed the order

Sorry to see you have to go through this. It's a shame that some people can't simply honor their word and either give up their NRD, or follow through on their purchase. Hopefully, you'll be able to sell those off.

It’s probably more of a case of impulse buying/buyers remorse. Folks get caught up in the hype and frenzy, and then reality sets in.

$1,000 is no small chunk of change, and who knows if these will even retain their value in the secondary. While I think there’s definitely a market for premium 1/6 figures, it isn’t a huge one.

I completely agree. But they should just be honest about it and drop the whole "I got hacked" defense and consider the $100 NRD loss as a lesson.

100%, hype and FOMO is a scary thing, I hope Kit doesn't get too many cancellations.

Hopefully that person's banned from ever ordering again.

That’s a shame about the cancellations Kit. These ppl aren’t even adult enough to take responsibility for their irresponsible actions that they have to make up stories and flat out lie and then have the gall to even say that you were the one who made the order for them :slap These ppl have no integrity and should be banned from future orders. If they’ve done this once, they won’t hesitate to do it again.

Just a few cases for now, maybe I am over worried

No charging back if you ask me. NRD: Non-Refundable deposit. They made their decision, and they have to bear the consequences.

Now imagine, what if the production piece doesn't meet the expectations later. A lot more accounts will be hacked then...

I ordered this on a complete FOMO. I'm been double-guessing if I really want it. But I can decide closer to the time, and it was my own decision and therefore my responsibility for placing a NRD down for it, if I don't want it later on that I'm going to let that NRD be because it was my choice, not going to screw anyone up because I was brash. But in the end I always go through with purchases and then sit on them in hand to decide if I want to keep it or not. In almost all instances I make my money back bang on or a bit more.

To be quite honest I ordered one too. I, as a collector am willing to lose a 10% down payment if the final product really sucks (which I am very confident will not be the case here) The business will keep that money and the product. Hopefully be able to re sell to another buyer which I am sure there will be plenty once released.

Queen's management message:

Joker is under production now. We will share wit you some production progress later

INART is a new brand, Joker is our first 1/6 figure, it's all about our reputation. Our whole team will not allow any problem/issue with Joker

I understand people may worry, there are lots of concerns. But it's meaningless to keep convince you by words instead of deliver the figure to you

I understand that some people treat it as gambling, and you choose to bet on INART, we are thankful for your trust. It's a gamble for you but not for us, we are not gambling, we will do our best and deliver a good figure to you

If you still doubt about our product, you may wait to check the Joker on your hand before you continue to preorder next INART figure

***I try to translate it in a rush, poor english****
