They didn't even give him his watch. I'm surprised they didn't give him a glass of champagne so they could say they added a bunch of accessories.

I must say I really like the look of this one. Seems like the time might have come to replace my DS1 Strange.

Eh I suppose it's nice to finally get a Dr Strange in a different outfit, but I'll still be content with my IW version. This isn't a figure I really feel the need to upgrade with each release.

I wonder if they will go for the zombie dr. strange? My guess is yes.

I like this outfit better as well. Will be my definitive Strange. The serpents are just icing on the cake.

Awesome! Definitely picking this over the IW/NWH figure.

The sculpt and overall figure looks great though. I like his outfit with this movie. The brighten chest logo made it look closer to his comic counter part.

Tempting. I like the costume. It's slicker and more comic accurate. I wish they had gotten rid of the squares inside the cape. It still looks like a picnic blanket. Having said that, all the other improvements on the costume make a difference, imo.

This would be my ideal costume still, maybe one day, perhaps when he becomes sorcerer supreme.

Looks like the original DS1 sculpt with new hair.

The third eye head looks like the IW sculpt with an added eye.

They’re not even allowed to give Classic Loki his goblet

Tempting, but I'll be passing. DS3 is all but confirmed and I know that if I get this I'll be kicking myself when the inevitable DS3 costume is even more comic accurate. I find the blue patch on the cloak pretty distracting too. From this film I'll be sticking with Wanda, Defender Strange (whom I consider a given some time from now) and Supreme Strange if they make him.

The year's just too packed (although it gets lighter as it goes) and I've planned my shelves already, so I couldn't be able to juggle a "middle of the way" costume. Cool looking figure and normally I'd bite, but I'd rather wait some more years. The Variants, if they happen, will tide me over.

PS: Disappointing they also didn't show Wanda. I guess they are really taking it slow. I hope they add that Darkhold to her as well.

Exactly this. I think the only reason they added the bit where the cloak gets damaged is to set up an upgrade to a more classic look in DS3. If I've learned anything over the years, it's that they wait until the last bit to give us a more comic accurate costume, so that they can keep stringing us along with "okay" to "good enough" versions until then, and thus sell much more merch.

I don't know if we'll ever get the gloves as IIRC they make it difficult to perform spells (couldn't they go with some silky material though?) but they could make them fingerless like with Defender & Supreme. Either way, I expect a significant upgrade in DS3. I'm rooting for a jazed-out look like this:

It's 100% a new sculpt and their best attempt so far.

Yeah this newest attempt is a phenomenal sculpt. That alone is worth the purchase, but the effects and more interesting outfit just puts it over the edge. It’ll be a long wait until this comes out in 2024 but at least I’ll have IW Strange to hold me over.

Yeah I'm in. Parted out the IW sculpt and the one wheeley magic bit for my DS1 fig. This is a good jump forward.

But for fox sake, no ankle cuts again?

Also a clear stand grabber is a first for HT.

Who is honestly buying the No Way Home version now?

It also looks like the three eyed sculpt might be using the IW sculpt as a base? Look at the hair coif and upwards turned grey streaks. Matches the earlier one.
