Wow! Someone has finally taken the lead on "Terminator" figures. If real leather, those goods are going to be a hot commodity in the loose parts market.

(I see a HT 2.0 version being announced...)

Hallelujah. The Terminator days were far before my time in 1/6, honestly present probably can kick something out comparable to HT at that time so this works out.

I wonder how many will choose not to pre-order it, wait a few years, and when it's finally released with in hand pictures showing it's very good those who didn't pre-order it will go into a mad rush to find any vendor who is still taking pre-orders and not charge a scalper's premium price let alone source any more?

It'll be a repeat of the Indy hysteria if not worse.

Very interesting! I'm not familiar with the company though. Will we be seeing more pictures than just this one?

That remains to be seen and will be subject to debate and scrutiny just like the Raider Jones figure when it was first solicited over two years and the hysteria that followed within the past few weeks.

The figure itself isn't as good as Hot Toys. I wouldn't count on those clothes fitting a Hot Toys figure. Looks a little lean.

I doubt most will care at the moment.

If it ends up being priced like Raider Jones, there will be those who'll pre-order it and then as time passes the naysayers/nitpickers will chime in about likely issues (i.e., the leather is too thick, the cut/fit of the outfit, etc.) and then the customizers will chime in about all the work needed to fix it, etc.

The never ending vicious cycle continues.

Arnold announces another reboot of the Terminator franchise along with a live action streaming series featuring the early days of the War Against The Machines by TechCom against Skynet while Hasbro unveils a new line of 6" Terminator figures with vehicles and play sets, and another brand new company enters the collectible fray by promising design and quality higher than InArt and HT combined, but it'll cost minimum $2K.

Yes. It's a great time to be a collector.
