I just found this picture, it’s the first one I’ve seen where he’s actually aiming the rifle

I heard back from Kit; apparently ther isn’t one. Sounds like I need to get a new battery.
There isn't supposed to be a bulb since it's an oil lantern in the game.
For anyone that also has a lantern that doesn't light up, try getting new batteries before asking for a replacement as it seems some people got dead ones, reference is on the instruction sheet.

Can the lantern be hooked onto the grill or the crotch graber?

Forgot to ask my question like an idiot, but why would you want to hook the lantern on the crotch grabber?

I will, of course I got wait to get my Arthur, but will definitely do a side by side. For me, for the price even if I have Arthur standing next to him with a base camp scene it will be stunning. I do know the horse is heavy and a polystone type material with real hair mane and tail - well real synthetic hair I mean. Just happy it comes with the saddle, bridal, and gear for that price as well. Throw on a bed roll, canteen, a rifle sheath, saddle bags few other goodies and you have it made.

This is the exact scene/setup I am planning for my Arthur!

After looking into Mr. Z and other manufacturers' horses, I ended up ordering the James Dean Horse from Sideshow on Black Friday with the 10% discount (and I paid the remaining $98.10 with reward points). I watched some video reviews of it on YouTube, and while it doesn't look quite as nice as some of Mr. Z's options (or some others shared in this thread that will be released soon), I couldn't pass it up for with that discount and the ability to use reward points on it to make it "free."

Hahaha that's incredible, where did you get the Santa hat??

Ha, I did look for a full Santa outfit but no luck, bearded Arthur would suit it so well!

Have a search on eBay, they’re only a few £, there are quite a few sellers, or drop me a PM and I’ll send you the seller I bought from.

@R_R_X , what's the situation with replacement parts?

I contacted KGHobby, and they said they have to ask for them. Is there still an intermediary between LIM and the retailers that is supplying parts?

This will likely be the only photo I take with his hat on as I worry about losing the rope.

If you're that worried about losing it, why not apply a tiny dab of superglue to the front and sides of the band? It's what I did and it seems to work fine. I actually squeezed the glue onto a piece of paper, then used a toothpick to soak up a tiny amount and dab it on the hat in places. Just be careful and it'll work out fine.

I’m visually impaired, so something like that would be impossible to pull off. I’m leaving the hat in the box for now.
