Quick unboxing. I really need to get 2 more detolfs, but after not being too enthused after the long wait, it’s a great figure. I’ll pose him up this weekend, but I’m glad I got it.

Mine showed up today and after a quick assembly I decided to shoot him with Han Stryker (it's an inside joke with my wife as she claims this head sculpt -- after a bit of repaint -- looks like me in my younger days, so I made a mini-me; I also made a mini-me for her, but I don't have a Star Wars outfit to add to hers yet). Anyway...

So, my IG-11 was FINALLY delivered Monday... :yess:

The shipper was a bit beat up, good ole UPS. I opened to check, bottom of box was pretty dented. I quickly looked at it and it seemed ok. Put him away till today when I had plenty of time to open it up and properly give him a going over and setting him up.

After taking everything out, then I moved the box and I heard something rattling in the tray. I found a little plastic piece in the black tray behind his head. Upon close inspection one of his little bits was broken off....

With the other holes around his head, if I didn't hear it make noise in the box I may have never even realized it fell off... And would of easily lost it if it fell out of the box and onto the floor...

My OG Mando had the little sharp piece on his boot fall off, but that was an easy fix with glue. Now this. I'm not having luck with my Mando figures :( Thankfully my Mando Death Trooper was ok..

Is the head on this figure removeable? I want to send Sideshow a replacement request. Wondering if they can just send me a head...

The base is so pointless,it will probably end up with Kuill too.

Kuiil has the printed sticker type base like the Mandalorian Heavy, which would’ve been a better fit for IG-11.

The Mandalorian line has such a weird mishmash of different base types that it’s really quite baffling and a bit of a mess.

I would prefer it if they picked one and stuck with it across the board, like the black panel floor base for most of the Rogue One line.

Sandy Base
Din Djarin Durasteel
Din Djarin Beskar S1
Din Djarin Beskar S2

Stormtrooper Commander (Tython)
Death Watch Mandalorian (Aq Vetina)

Panel Floor Base

Remnant Stormtrooper (Black)
Death Trooper (Black)
Luke Skywalker (Black)
Boba Fett Repaint (Gray)
Transport Trooper (Gray)

Grated Floor Base

Honestly, I love 3D environmental stuff enough that I'll happily take it even when it's overused or the footprints are hilariously mismatched.

If it bothered me enough I'd just fill the footprints with some resin and sand. But the stand works for IG, at least for me. A lot of times I don't use a stand.

I seriously starting considering that they have a fish bowl with little bits of paper in it with the different types of bases written on them and they just pick one out everytime they need to decide which base. Either that or they do the dart board thing and toss a dart to pick a base.
