I'm more worried about which character they get as the villain and how that character is written. It shouldn't be another poor man's Loki like Hela.

I think they need to reintroduce Malekith. Such an awesome villain and they royally screwed him over in the Dark World. I don’t think many casual movie goers realized how big of a foe he is/should have been.

I'm looking forward to seeing what how the MCU handles this.

The Mighty THor (Jane Foster) by Jason Aaron is a fantastic story-line. If they follow the comics they might have a second actress playing Thor since Jane Foster has cancer.

I'd like to see Natalie Dormer play female Thor but she's just 3" taller than Portman (5'3").

No you such a Chapter 2099. God Butcher is the name. And he doesn't need a pale horse.

So they are doing the unworthy story line which kind of doesn't make sense since he already provided he was worthy in the last movie .

God I hope he is still not sport a beer guy, and we are back to Jane again she is the worst zero charm

Two people can be worthy at the same time, Cap and Thor both lift the hammer in Endgame. And Portman can definitely have charm (see Closer), commit to and act the hell out of a role (see Black Swan, for which she won an Oscar), be vulnerable when her character needs to (see Jackie) and even bring the humour and be funny when necessary (she hosted SNL and her rap still damn hilarious and suprisingly good). People need to stop blaming the fact that the Thor movies weren't great solely on her, when it was the poor writing and handling of the characters and even the director of Dark World admited he did a poor job.

The MCU is now complete....

I‘ve no problem with Portman’s Jane, or with Jane as Thor, or Valkyrie being gay.

There's still a chance we'll get him as a character, even if he's not running the show. Supposedly they were toying with giving him a cameo in Ragnarok, but decided to save him for later as they wanted to do more justice to the character.

One question I have is how they'll solve the small issue of bringing Mjolnir back. In this reality, Hela destroyed it ... and as far as we know, Cap returned "his" Mjolnir back to its proper timeline. Will it be reforged?
