Hey, all! I haven't posted here in ages, but I'm hoping someone can point me in the direction of a good 1:1 C-3PO head. Any preferred/reputable makers out there you would recommend? I'm not crafty at all, so I'd want to get one that's fully finished if possible. Thanks!

That looks great! Much better than some of the other in-hand pictures I've seen. I've never tried touching up any of my collectibles, so I'm a complete novice when it comes to this stuff. What exactly did you do to achieve this affect? I'd like to attempt it on mine when it shows up next week.

I'm on the list for a replacement head/helmet. The protective tissue was ripped and shifted, so my dome was scratched up in multiple places. I was told three weeks by Sideshow CS.

I ordered mine back in late April and it's set to finally arrive tomorrow. They told me previously that they were waiting for parts before making some new batches, so hopefully you'll see some movement on yours soon.

I just ordered the battle worn version thanks to this thread. I own the MR Elite, but the battle worn version of the DL-44 looks to be on an entirely different level. Is anyone making Master Replicas style display stands these days? Now the wait begins...

Thank you for posting this! I checked my Probe Droid tonight and sure enough, one of the batteries in the head was leaking. The one in the body was still okay, but I removed it just to be safe. Glad I saw this thread before it got too bad in there.

Re: HOT TOYS OS 1/4 Darth Vader (pic courtesy Seanxlong) Really disappointed that they decided to go with Episode 3 Vader for this. I thought for sure they'd go with Empire. Damn. Looks good for what it is though.

No problem! Harmy has only released one version of ESB so far, so I don't know what may differ when he takes another pass at it for version 2.0. But yeah, pretty much brown in every scene I checked.
