Where I live, mail gets to within an hours drive of me and then is transferred- two states away and rots in a terminal before it is sent back along a convoluted route that makes no sense. This makes all my mail take as much as two weeks longer to get here than it used to.
Don't blame the way Kit shipped...Blame Louis DeJoy (postmaster general) ! He is systematically sabotaging the US postal system- and needs to go!!!
His new route "improvements" are more than a total disaster. Just the other day Georgia's senator Jon Ossoff ripped him a new one

I recently had an overdue package with a DHL transfer to the post office.
It never showed as USPS having received it from them, and then it just turned up in my mail delivery out of the blue.
DHL is one of the worst (and slow as hell)!
have you tried a two part epoxy? It takes a bit of time to set, but once it does it's strong as hell.
You'll have to sand off/remove any prior glues used for previous repairs.
Plumbers epoxy putty can also be your friend depending on the situation.

I have my doubts...might be too thin to actually hold the flock.
But you could always test it out on a piece of plexi or a plastic cap to find out.

Step One: get your flocking powder. I found Etsy to have the best/cheapest choices.
For $5.75 US you can get a rayon velvet nail flocking kit like this. (it doesn't take much)
Or you can buy larger bags if you want.
You can also mix the powders to get...
