Can't help with measurements as I sold mine a while back but it is definitely silver and not purplish or bluish.
BBTS sold a bunch of these on clearance as "non-electronics" versions, but I think that was because they were concerned some may have been faulty. I bought one and it worked fine so...
If it was buying the HT version on Ebay for insane prices or just wait for the JazzInc for probably cheaper than the Ebay prices it would be a no-brainer to get the JazzInc. Getting the HT version is a great choice if it's just going to be a part of your collection on a shelf amongst other figures.
I picked up my Batmobile locally from someone that bought it originally from Sideshow (still had the shipping paperwork). Got a great deal, $650 CAD. I had been thinking about ordering the re-issue but it would've come out to about $1100 CAD after taxes etc.
Anyone else think Destro looks way too skinny? I don't understand when they have bodies that they've used for Rambo they use a skinny one for Destro who should be big.
Heat up the plastic ring with a hair dryer and it should clip right in. Mine is slightly stretched now that it clips in easily but not so loose that it'll come off accidently.
Does anyone know if you leave the batteries in and then power it by USB is it drawing from the batteries still or will it default to USB?
I like the idea of having it powered by USB while it's on display but when I take it off display to play around with it or show it to someone I don't want...
