A Nightmare on Elm Street 2: Freddy's Revenge stand up I believe it's an advertisement for the movie and it appears to be a life size, Freddy Krueger. Haven't seen another and can't really find any info on it so that's what leads me to believe its ephemera. Not sure if there are many ephemera...
