Yes, but I would argue that based on this precedent, if you are wanting a 'less popular" character if you wait for blogger photos to show up, it is less likely to be produced period. It seems that recent events are an indication that for figures like these, if people do not pre-order Hot Toys...

Thanks @medicomsucks @plasmid303 yeah the stickers worked much better than I expected. The guy I bought them from is really nice and great to work with! Tonight I was focusing more on placement and making sure that I had the legs as straight as I could get them. Tomorrow I will go over it again...

So I went ahead finally and modified this figure. I have seen plenty of pictures here that made me think that this figure is really cool looking but a spider in his chest (and back) would take him to the next level. I was really inspired by @Skull Knight and others to try my hand at painting...

Ahhh got it …that’s a big difference. I have both and feel like a significant price difference is justified, but I understand that such things are subjective.

There was only like a $20 difference in price comparing both versions with the glider.

This looks very promising! I agree that the likeness could be better, but it is not way off IMO, particularly with the helmet on there is no doubt as to who it is supposed to be.

I have always liked this character in the comics and how he has been portrayed recently on TV. I think the headsculpts on this figure look great and I really love the costume design, I'm just not a fan of the color scheme.
