I've got this on pre-order and I have no qualms about it. Reeve's likeness is a difficult one to capture in sculpture, for whatever reason. I definitely see Reeve in there, especially the profile. It's not perfect, but it's the best one I've seen so far from a major studio. Love the sculpt and...
I have tried it without the supports and if you angle the figure right it'll be okay, but I wouldn't leave them on for long periods of time without the supports as it could warp or break the connector. I can't stress enough how huge the wings are. Tip to tip they're 31 inches wide.
Yeah, I realized that about the base after watching a video and I then edited my post. Sorry.
Yeah, I can't get the batteries in at all with my fingers or tweezers. I've tried squeezing the third one in between the other two and can't get it in.
So I'm just now getting into HT figures and how the hell do you get the battery's in the head with the light up eyes? I've tried tweezers and everything and can't get all three in there.
The plastic piece definitely wasn't glued. It doesn't even feel like there is any kind of glue residue on it. I just opened the figure. It was brand new and sealed. It is cracked too.
That's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about the entire head piece. There's no peg for it to sit in. There's just this plastic cup that the bottom of the peg sits in that fits into the body, but it's not secure and the head just falls off.
