I know he's not, but apparently Lim helped with the accessories if what someone earlier in the forum said is correct. There's not really anyone else to ask. I seem to remember discussion of this possibly not selling enough to get made, that's why I asked about that.

Sony has the film rights, but Marvel has the Video Game rights. At the same time, Marvel also had the rights for merchandise, so I don't know if Sony gets anything from the film figures or not.
