I had figures pre-ordered from another company that went out of business before and used PayPal - if it is past 90 days (which mine were), then no dice. I've had the 4th Doctor figure pre-ordered from BC since they first put him up back in 2019 (paid in full), so PayPal won't do anything for me.

Damn, was still holding onto my 4th Doctor pre-order (paid in full) - sad to hear this, but even sadder that I can kiss that money goodbye.

Damn. Accidentally put the deposit on the Australian version. Now I have pre-orders for both versions - lost out on a $20 deposit due to my mistake (since deposits are non-refundable).

Mine is still sitting in the "New York gateway" - been there since Sept. 2nd. My Saru figure, which was shipped two days before Sulu, was only at that location for two days before being delivered two days after (lots of twos lol) it left there. Guess the Labor Day holiday slowed things up a...

Excellent pictures - thanks for those, my Saru figure is on its way. The coloring on the neck is unfortunate - at least it isn't as bad as the QMX Picard figure was. Out of curiosity, has anyone else seen the uniform coloring on the neck of their Saru figure?

I don't believe so - they give people 3 chances (1 email notification per week over 3 weeks) to complete the purchase - if not, then they forfeit the deposit and figure.

I've had some success chatting with them via Facebook Messenger, although responses are sporadic at times.

Thanks to all of the pictures/reviews of Saru, I ended up placing an order for him. Looking forward to adding him to my Trek figure collection.
